Waking up in the middle night. Laying there and analyzing every interaction between us leading up to this moment. Wondering if my future will include you.

Unable to escape the thought of you because everything reminds me of you.

Missing you and grieving our situation while trying to execute my personal goals.

There's nothing wrong with missing someone who is wrong for you. Your brain knows they're wrong for you, but your heart holds onto those sweet moments and gives you hope. In situations like this hope is dangerous. It's so dangerous. In this instance hope makes memories look better than reality.

With that said, missing them doesn't mean you have to allow them back into you life. It just means you love and care for them from a distance.
