The worst that could happen is that I trip over something and then people laugh — because people always laugh when the blind girl’s lost or trips. 

Well... what's the best that could happen, then? I mean, why don't you at least ask Dean or Mack if they're going.. and then I'd see you there. Cuz I'll stay if you're gonna go. I won't let you trip.

I swear I’d move like a gazelle. I do what I want! [she laughed loudly, covering her mouth so as not to embarrass herself]

You're really not gonna go? I think you should. I mean, what's the worst that could happen?

I mean… it’s not like I’ve seen how people dance and no one’s ever been like “oh here Kit, take my hand and I’ll teach you how to dance” [laughing a little, she poked her tongue in his general direction] 

Well I mean, very few people actually know how to dance, you just kinda move, I think. and hey, don't stick your tongue out at me!

[Kit blushed a little] Um… I’ve never… really…danced with someone before… so, um, I don’t know?

You've never danced? like, ever? you should get out more.
