The Mountain Crew

Loathing and Hope I just finished Darkest Dungeon 2 and I cannot applaud loud enough! The reveal of the story was incredible, the last boss was unique, fun and a real struggle! But the ending... Oh, the ending spoke to my soul. We truly all make mountains of our mistakes and wrap ourselves in our failures, and yet the good in us can shine so damn bright. A darkest dungeon in all of us... And we can all ride to the top of our own mountains! And there is a world after the climb! Red Hook, thank you for speaking to my soul. I love your games, they are incredible and different and unique. A fantastic experience of slugging it out with adversity until one of us drops, stressful and cathartic. .. Also can I just say I was cheering like an insane person at the reveal of the Body of Work design. Each and every boss had me simultaneously lean forward and lean back in my seat! I will do the game justice eventually. For now, it’s midnight, I’ve spent 6 hours on that last run and doodle! XD Better art and more asks coming! ;D Now that I know the lore, we can really kick the blog’s story into gear!

See I haven't messed with the memories yet, but that's because I am busy unlocking litterally everything else. XD Also, I like variety in my runs. Sticking to the same team is less interesting to me than going "AND TODAY IS RUNAWAY DAY!" or "What if, and hear me out, what if frontline occultist. What then." I like messing around, and it means having to be ok with failing brutaly. I wouldn't risk a good team like that! Especially because my win rates on the chapter bosses issss not it! XD

Full Release!! 1.0! The real deal! I love this game so much! :D I can't wait for increasingly eldritch designs and completely unhinged characters with their humans and fucked up choices! And in good Red Hook fashion, I am expecting the ending to completely fuck with our brains in the best, horrifying, twisted way!

Once I'm used to that, we just aim for the end of the road and we drive. And we keep driving until we get there. And then we hammer the axis back into position, as many times as we need to, one strike at a time!"

Tiny notification that I might be very slow with the answers for a while. I have a full life now, and it comes with a lot of time-consuming and energy-sapping obligations and commitments! I’ll be just fine, and I’m not giving up, but just be advised that until things calm down IRL for me I might be a little slow. :) I will keep your asks preciously though!
