Day 7: Miyazaki!

Part I

You met me the first night I moved into the building. I was having a quick joint on top of the roof, admiring the stars...and then you moved, you leapt...

You danced~

How could I not adore the beautiful thing before me?

But when I came back the next day...you were nothing more than stone and gold. The runes that had shimmered in the rising moonlight had vanished.

But I knew~

And so I...took my pleasure. Nothing big, not at first. I merely traced my fingertips along those pretty scales...and perhaps I pressed into those gorgeously carved muscles on your back, imagining they were flesh instead of rock. I giggled in your ear and whispered how adorable you were, how helpless.

I laid siege to your mind~

And that very night I watched you come alive...only to collapse into a puddle of bliss and mewling moans, my teasing clearly having reached across the boundary to you. You blushed- blushed! As if you had blood- and drooled as your gorgeous eyes locked onto mine for a moment, a minute...before you tucked tail and ran off to wherever it is you go.

I knew you'd be back, though~ you had such a pretty little nameplate, after all. And I doubted very much you would leave it, little iolite.

I left a surprise for you that night, didn't I? A long sleek toy made of silicone wrapped around solid iron, right where that perky little ass parked itself each morn. I wanted to see if you were daring.

Well, you certainly did not disappoint, did you? Legs spread, mouth open, the rain that day dribbling out of that maw like breath, like thoughts. I brought you an umbrella and took my time, savoring the current of energy that ran beneath my fingers, that seemed to quicken when I moved lower.

What an adorable little thing you are~

It (I think it's an it?) left me a present today.

A pebble, smooth as if it had passed through many hands in the stream of time. It was pretty, with an iridescent sheen that only truly was visible in the moonlight. I pocketed it, and have since kept it on my bedside table.

I think iolite likes me~

I thanked the gargoyle for the gift with one of my own, of course. I had found a pretty chisel with a gorgeous wooden handle, and I adored running the tip over and across the stone surface, teasing between the nooks and crannies, letting the tip press in on the spots I had seen those glowing runes.

I didn't mar it's skin, of course. But I did enjoy the ever so subtle tremor as I circled and swirled around its pretty nipples, or the way it's upward-turned face seemed to plead with me as I levered myself up next to it, wrapping an arm around its neck for support as I delicately used the chisel to clean between its teeth.

Maintenance is important, I've decided for it.

We still haven't spoken to each other.

Or...well, I've been the one doing all the talking. It is a very attentive listener, I've found. I can tell.

As we talked, I sat with it and watched the clouds together after our little playtime. I told it about any goings-on below, since it could hardly look down to see.

I didn't want it to feel left out.

It's not the only gargoyle on this rooftop, by the by. Others are here as well, but this one is the only one within reach, unless I wish to climb out onto a ledge and hope I don't fall.

Interestingly, there are a few...plinths? Or maybe perches? Whatever they are, there are a few that are mysteriously...empty. one is right next to sweet iolite, but the others are higher up and out of reach.

Oh, and I left a choice for it before I went to bed. On one side of its resting place, I draped some soft red rope. On the other was left heavy chains, something that would hopefully last a bit longer against it's strength.

I hope the implication was clear~

I do wonder which it will choose...and if it can't seem to decide, well...
