- don’t talk shit about people - if you wanna experiment with your hair/makeup go for it, find what suits you. - if you start to feel sad alot, tell your parents/friends talk about it - be the best you can be - learn to love yourself 

-extreme diets do not work, and will do more harm than good. Trust me. -the people you’re friends with now won’t all stay by your side forever. Yes it will hurt when they leave, but I promise you have something better coming. You have your whole life ahead of you, champ.

- Worrying about what other people think about you is a waste of time. Don’t spend all your energy on that. - Follow your passion, no matter what that might be. - Don’t feel obligated to do anything you don’t want to do no matter how much someone pressures you. You have your own voice and your feelings and opinion is always valid. - Stand up for yourself whenever you need to.

-Stand up for other people when you feel that someone needs too. Yes, it may backfire on you, it happens. But the regret of not saying anything at all is worse and you may even make a friend.
