. The Mindful Now

Meditation is blossoming of the prefrontal cortex to overcome the momentum of the nature. It is coming out of the loops of memories, patterns,fears, dreams and anger.

With this political scene, I don’t think we should just sit back and be ‘just perfect’. But I want to say that in social action, don’t do anything that you do with negativity, frustration, or anger. Because that will rile the opposition. Do your social action with love.

There comes a time when nothing is meaningful - except surrendering to Love

My religion consists of a humble admiration of the illimitable superior spirit who reveals himself in the slight details we are able to perceive with our frail and feeble minds. That deeply emotional conviction of the presence of a superior reasoning power, which is revealed in the incomprehensible universe, forms my idea of God.

Someone once told me that human beings have three dimensions: how you see yourself, how others see you, and how you want others to see you. The closer the distance between the three dimensions, the more at peace you are and the more stable you become.

Separation is an illusion. It is to the degree you believe in the illusion that will either hold you in the illusion or free you from it.
