CONQUEST GUSH POST : BATTLE BEAST ISSUE 10 EDITION!!!!
Hi helloooo! I don't post at this time but because I can't sleep, I'm gonna take this to talk about Conquest!!!!
Thank GOD Issue 10 came out early as it's my most anticipated issue. But of course, this post is about my drooling over a bloodthirsty old as hell Viltrumite lmaooooo

This issue has sooooo many great panels of Conquest. God the art style & coloring in this comic run is so fucking good that it made him ten times hotter. I can't post over 10 photos on Tumblr mobile thankfully because we'd be here for a loooong while...
But of course,
I'm still obsessed with his pose here. He's so stupidly cute. Hand on his hip too... Waaaa I know damn well I can't reach him but I wanna wrap my arms around his cute little waist~ đâ¨đâ¨
Also he absolutely doesn't give a fuck about what Salaka's saying and kept asking Battle Beast hehe

I am a tiiiiiny bit disappointed I won't see more "Conquest interactions outside of fighting". Eh... Doesn't matter.
Call me fucking crazy, but these panels with the bright red backgrounds made him look so sexyyyyy.

Okay that's it! I love Battle Beast vs Juggernaut but this issue REALLY takes tge cake. Definitely now my favourite issue. And as a Conquest selfshipper, this has been VERY fulfilling!
The only time I drew something for Pride Month was years ago about old OCs, never about myself. I never celebrated my own sexuality and I wasn't very public about being bisexual either. But recently I've been more open about it here, only on Tumblr.
When I first learned that Vapor's bisexual through an ask @/sillyminny answered, I was THRILLED. I was jumping up and down fangirling because I was already in love with him at that time lol. And when I saw him in Bliptoons' Pride Month 2026 illustration, my heart... it swelled with so much joy. My beautiful man holding the bisexual flag, and me who's also bisexual :3
It sounds silly, to talk about a character from a upcoming indie animated pilot, but Vapor means so so much to me. He's one of the reasons I want to live. To keep going. It's that intense. And you know I'm gonna keep going until comes out, make more episodes AND when it ends!!
I am not openly bisexual irl and this blog is kept a secret from my family. Yet Vapor gives me so much comfort as someone still staying in the closet. I can't believe a character like him gives me so much joy and... hope. Which is really funny because he's the main villain lmaoooo
But anyways, really excited to see Zipped Up someday. Cheers to keep going through life even if it kicks you in the ass and being proud of who you are. Even if you have to hide it for your safety. The selfship community is my safe space & the one I knit together are very supportive... And that gives me hope too đĨđâ¨

I need to see Conquest again so bad.... I need to see him at the dinner table with Battle Beast.... I remember seeing the preview of its cover art and need to know its content. We're finally reaching this moment!!
Idc if they're stalling the Battle Beast vs Conquest fight for months. I LOVE to see more Conquest outside of fighting. It's just so fascinating watching him talk to others, not beating & tearing the living hell out of someone. I get to see his character a lot more. It's wonderful!
*Timezone difference: The comic comes out June 17th but I must wait one more day. June 18th for me is June 17th for others.
