☀︎ childlike wonder with things she had been deprived of her entire childhood, and finding extravagant fascinations with some of the more dangerous things she was shielded from. ☀︎ rapunzel's hair and skin routine is absolutely unmatched, as she spent literal decades perfecting it- not particularly for a beauty reason, as it is just muscle memory at this point. ☀︎ a deep love for having an assortment of hobbies; making candles, rock sculptures, excessive baking (like, really large and detailed cakes), sewing tiny outfits for tiny creatures, perfume collecting, gardening, cobbling, building tiny homes out of popsicle sticks, reading series of books from first to last, then last to first to see if anything changes, etc. ☀︎ now that she has gotten a taste of freedom, something about once again being trapped causes extreme anxiety within the blonde and is sometimes extremely debilitating for her. ☀︎ blondie is like a glass of an uber sweet moscato poured over molded ice cubes, probably in the shape of stars or hearts, with edible glitter poured into it to sparkle like lanterns. in a stemless glass, of course, for… safety. ☀︎ rapunzel started taking self defense classes after she swore she saw maude’s shadow for the first time, and continues to insist on utilizing a fry pan as her weapon of choice. multipurpose! ☀︎ baking is another comfort hobby of hers, and learning about blondie brownies was… one of the best discoveries she has ever made. ☀︎ she has a lot of trauma from her youth that leads to her seeking comfort in a lot of child-like things; stuffed animals, printed blankets, bright and colorful artwork and décor, a love for the color purple and a closet FILLED with gowns and dresses she never got to wear around the kingdom. ☀︎ evermore felt like a fresh start, in a way. free from gothel, free from the restrictive rules her father put in place upon her safe return home... it felt like her life was finally beginning, but she couldn't help but wonder if things were almost TOO good... ☀︎ eugene is the love of her life, and she would go to the ends of the earth to protect him. nothing on this earth is more important to her than the well-being of her husband and she would sacrifice herself for him if it came down to it- as he had done for her once before.
