A quick stop on the way to Grand Canyon, AZ at Spirit Mountain Ranch the former home of the Sacred White Buffalo Heard. It was once a roadside attraction near Flagstaff. The ranch has since burned down and the buffalo are now on the West Coast. The white buffalo are a symbol of sacred life and abundance to the Native Americans.

We hiked 🌵Rim to River and back yesterday. It was an amazing 15 mile journey starting from the South Kaibab trail down to the Colorado River and back up the Bright Angel trail. We hiked through some surreal and surprizing landscapes. We feel accomplished and a bit sore. ✌💚💪 (at Grand Canyon National Park, Az)
