It’s been a while since I’ve reblogged or posted anything to this blog. I’ve been on hiatus for so long and honestly, I’ve had no real desire to come back and start posting on this blog. 

I still love the Lizzie Bennet Diaries. I like Emma Approved, I definitely think it’s gotten better as the series went on and I’m actually sad to see it go this Thursday. And I just watched Frankenstein MD and really enjoyed it. I will probably always be invested in Pemberley Digital as a fan.

That being said, I am announcing today that I am officially closing theLBDiaries. I never wanted to do this, I actually really didn’t even know this blog was going to be open as long as it was. But I feel like it’s time to make this announcement and officially close this blog, especially since I currently have no plans to continue running it in the future.

I’ll probably still be making gifs of all Pemberley Digital series but they will now be found on my main tumblr, felicitymsmoaks. You can follow me there if you’d like, or we can say goodbye here.

Regardless, I’d like to thank each and everyone of you for following me, for liking my blog as much as you have and for talking to me over the past few years about this little webseries turned company. It’s been a pleasure.

So I guess there’s really only one way to end this post.

She teases him for knocking, but it’s ingrained in him. His mother would never condone her son barging into rooms as if he owned them. He did that once and it didn’t turn out well for anyone. 

"William, you own the building," she points out. 

"But you pay fair market value for your office space. It’s yours and I respect that." 

"And you’re my boyfriend." 

"I feel more comfortable knocking." 

She quirks her head and looks at him, “You know this isn’t like Collins and Collins. You have barging-in privileges.” 

(Ask an adult.)

He sinks down onto the two seat bench she insists on using in her office (Nostalgia, she says) and frowns. 

"They’re back." 

"Only if you want to. You know I’ll edit this out if you prefer." 

He smiles, “It’s not my preference to be on camera, but for you I’m happy to…,” he glances at the lens staring down at him, “share.” 

He’d gotten so used to their privacy. It’d been important to the two of them to find their start without the camera and it’s gaze. He valued that space very much. But Lizzie was a natural storyteller and he knew being with her meant sitting in front of her camera. 

She nudges him with her shoulder, “Thank you.” 

His arms slip around her and he really does hate this stupid two-seater bench thing she has. It is not conducive to making out at all. His legs shift and her knee slips over his as lips meet, soft and then hungry. He anchors his hands at her hips and leans into her. Her hands tug on his tie and he smiles against her lips.

The one thing her videos had been very illuminating about was Lizzie’s thing for his ties. He thinks about moments, definitely never to be filmed, where they’d explored that fascination further. He wonders exactly what could be done on that two-person bench, and Darcy pulls back.
