I know this doesn't look good. But it is.
So it's loosely based on Rainy Day Pasta, BUT
I used whole-wheat pasta I put the sun-dried tomatoes and garlic in a blender with some pasta water and simmered that for a while I added so many overcooked Great Northern beans I used most of a bunch of fresh dill I had from something else, put through the blender with some of the beans And also, I chopped up a shit-ton of a baby greens mix :D
Despite the absolutely massive amount of dill, and only adding it at the end, it doesn't taste dill-y??? Wild.
