Tim made us a yummy "summer harvest" dinner last night, with produce from the farms next door to us. It was so yummy, I have to share! Pork chops grilled with olive oil + fennel + s&p and then topped with a dressing of brown sugar + fennel + butter (whoa). Grilled corn, because it's Rowan's absolute favorite summer food these days. And mixed greens salad with cucs + bumblebee tomatoes. (An heirloom variety, pretty to look at and super delicious. #LydiaAnn would've demolished the entire basket of them of we'd let her!) We were going to try for a "farewell-to-summer" trip to @rotaspring ice cream after dinner, but the kids melted down so we'll have to go next week.
