“‘Course I do.”  Claus moves to kneel on one knee as he puts an arm around the Ultimate Chimera’s shoulders.  He points a finger accusatively at N.  “Be nice ta her, ‘n’ she won’t eat you.  If ya say somethin’ mean ‘n’ she does, then I’m not savin’ yer ass.”

---- Well, put on the spot again. Her eyes flick to the Chimera for just a moment, before averting to look at anything else. Yeah, that sounded nice right about now. Just don’t look at your oddly specific problem and it’ll go away! Surely! A light cough rumbles upward from her, and she forces the lump in her throat down.

      “ I mean, I- no offense! When I see something with that many teeth, of course I get jumpy! ” She hasn’t played Mother 3. Is this thing friendly?? She knows OF the Chimera, but not exactly the specifics of it’s existence. Or it’s mood. Stupid non-localized games! Someone hadn’t heard of the fanslation patch, apparently... but, obviously, she isn’t going to go mouthing off this meta knowledge. IF there’s a 4th wall to break, then she’d like to keep that intact. Not worth finding out if such a thing exists.

      Cautiously, she takes a step forward... but, more or less ends up hesitating and taking two steps back.

---- “ Library...? Gah...! I don’t know where anything in this school is! ” Not to mention, the Shujin uniform feels so... weird. Nona has never been a skirts kind of gal, often going for jeans, or if particularly isolated and comfy, sweatpants. Such formal, more traditional ‘girly’ wear felt pretty... off.

      Not to mention how lost she felt, scratching her head to remember the Shujin Academy map from Persona 5. Not that she can just go around spewing THAT tidbit out... but she could ask someone rather naturally!

      Coughing, she steps up to the raven-haired teen, and speaks up. In English. That might be a problem, potentially.

---- “ Is it so hard for YOU to leave me alone for a DAY?! ” N might not exactly be the brightest tool in the shed, but it only took her about a second after that statement to realize her fault. “ Actually, you know what? Dumb question. You’re evil, and it makes me antsy. Of course you like it. ”

      God, it feels so weird to treat a situation such as this so... casually. That being, ‘sass the tyrant wizard as if he were a rowdy sibling’. But N was a snappy person by default, who got in little huffy moods on the regular. Maybe it was a depression thing. Probably was a depression thing. Which, in hindsight, may very well be what makes her easy pickings for people like Nightmare to begin with. But, she learns too much from the ‘hero’ types, and thus... well, bad decisions, given her rather mundane self.

      If only that glove worked.

“Hey, at least you don’t have to deal with his whining and bickering,” Jae says, awkwardly leaning against the wall, so close to looking cool but failing by just a margin.

---- “ AHH-!! WHERE DID YOU COME FR- OH-- ” Jumping a bit initially when she speaks up, N ends up stumbling over her own feet and more or less falling flat on her back onto the ground. Yeah, no, this was fine. Jae probably looks a lot more cool now compared to... that display.
