The Horror Snob

A short animation I made throughout this week. Let me know what you think about it.

All pieces were printed out with a fax printer. I animated all of it with my Lumix GX85, I used the 14-42mm lens for it as well as a 35mm manual lens for the non-static shoots. Edited everything in Premiere Pro.

The impermanence of living affects every being in this world, so far that it burns itself into our body. In this short animation, the state of my mind shifts it’s destined way and destroys the natural guard of contentment, a foolish decision, which leads to a permanent suffocating and melancholic living situation.

Gates of Hell

Oddly shaped lava formations look like a mass of twisted bodies.
