Black Widow has enhanced abilities in the comics. We don’t yet know whether she has them in the movies. It seems likely, but we can’t say for sure either way yet. If you’ve only ever seen the movies, you’d have no way of knowing, or even have much evidence to theorize, that Natasha is enhanced in any way. I would expect that Cap 2 will deal with this issue, given what we know about that movie so far. But until that day comes, it’s all speculation.
