Numbuh Five, Professor Utonium and Dee Dee can be found outside Dexter’s house in Genius Grove.

I’m always excited to play. Flapjack and Bubbie were added to the game a while back, lol i still have to find them.

Lee and Marie Kanker can be found in the Park n’ Flush trailer park just outside the Cardboard Fortress in Peach Creek Commons. Marie, with help from Lee, is building a giant trojan hamburger to try and trick the Eds into letting them into the cul-de-sac.
