Danny was homesick for so many things. Nasty Burger. His friends. Jazz…

and having a home. He really missed having a bed and a fridge full of food; even if it was prone to attacking him, it was still better than the emptiness cramping his belly. He’d had to leave in a hurry after his parents had discovered his secret, and spent two weeks in the Far Frozen while attempting to heal up.

Every time he closed his eyes, he was strapped down in the lab, mouth taped shut with ecto infused duct tape. He’d only managed to escape when Clockwork had alerted Technus and Tucker, and he’d destroyed the portal, the lab… and the home he’d grown up in.

The people he’d once called his parents were now rotting in a modified prison in the realm they’d been so eager to force their way into, and their research had been obliterated.

As far as everyone but Jazz, Tucker, and Sam knew, he was dead, as were his parents. He’d fled that night while the remains of his childhood home burned to cinders, knowing the radioactive nature of the lab equipment would mean everyone would assume the three family members just hadn’t escaped and couldn’t be identified.

These days, he was bouncing between Bludhaven and Gotham, catching a quick nap in the crypt reserved for the Waynes when he had to sleep. It’d been kind of the spirits to offer him a safe place, and kinder yet of Lady Gotham to permit him entry into one of the few places he’d heard of that was too covered by arcane curse energy signal interference to show up on an ecto-detector scanner.

He checked in with blob ghosts regularly, and they alerted when he needed to portal to Bludhaven.

Right now, though? He had a problem. His human half had needs he couldn’t meet without turning to a life of crime, which he wouldn’t, or accepting help from an outside source.

"This city is a Goddamn labyrinth even for me... I could always call Dex over- but thats basically cheating-" she muttered, unaware of any prying ears neatlrby.

Glitter bomb laced with fear toxin.

"What the f–" He says, coughing a bit when the glitter bomb is thrown at him and detonates. Jason grumbles, wiping off the glitter from his clothes and grumbling a bit.

He was anyways on a roof top and takes his now glitterified helmet off, throwing it to the ground with a bit too much force to the point it cracks a bit. The filters must have gotten clogged by the glitter but he continues to cough, squinting and looking around before seeing.. gas around him?

Jason looks around a bit wildly, putting a hand on his throat as it seems like its closing up, letting out a choked sound he usually wouldnt make or at least would repress.

It was the day.

Rin's palms were sweating as she walked back and forth inside the newly furnished establishment. She had a dozen baked goods to sell today and a few to give away to anyone who came by during the opening.

That didn't make her any less stressed, only fueling her anxieties further. What if people didn't want to come to her bakery? What if it was too much?

She shook her head, knowing that she was overthinking it before heading over towards the glass door and turning the sign to 'open'.

She waited behind the counter, busying herself with the showcase of pastries behind the glass.

The bell above the bakery's entrance then rang, indicating her first customer.

Making his way through the city, after a while of patrolling his area of Gotham, he leads himself to a high up rooftop. Tucked away from the neon glow of the city, he lets himself take a break, taking in the dark sky and cold night air. He doesn't expect to be bothered, here.

Far down in the streets, he listens to the bustle of nightlife. Fights, clubs, friends. Gotham has it all.

Part of him doesn't know why he bothered coming back to Gotham, for any reason other than ending Batman. But he's tired. So tired.

After a few minutes, he takes off his helmet, bored of the constant mask wearing. There's no one to hide from up here, after all.

Short summary:

Basically, Leo a half human half lion hybrid was allowed to live on themyscira due to being part animal and grew up around Diana, and after she came back from Man's world, she decides to take Leo under her wing, making him her sidekick.

Personality: He's nothing but a ball of energy and really desperate to make friends mostly because he was one of the youngest kids on the island and was mostly isolated by other children and adults due to being considered strange

Appearance: That of a human lion cub (think Catra from She-Ra and The Princess of Power) bright brown/gold eyes with cat like pupils, rather fluffy head of hair that's the equivalent to a mane, two curved lion ears poking out from the hair, tawny fur covering his body, claws, and a tail with a brown tuff at the end

So lying on the ground of the back alley behind the cafe she worked at wasn’t…particularly…fun. Neither was bleeding, but hey, not the first time she’s been stabbed, still hurt like a bitch though. But that’s just a normal day in Gotham, crime happened everywhere, and while living here, you’re more than likely going to be apart of it in some way, shape or form, whether you’re the victim or assailant is the true question.

“This sucks.” Amaris muttered, slowly blinking at the clouds passing overhead, she could feel the burning sensation that came from getting stabbed, warm blood soaking her uniform. That’s going to suck to clean.

She should’ve probably called the ambulance, but no, instead she just got the word out that she’d been stabbed. To be fair, everything is getting very blurry, she’s probably losing a lot of blood. But hey! She hears footsteps, so, hopefully it’s someone that’ll help.

Gotham's streets were dark.

Knight had lost time again. Tapping on his visor verified it, he'd only remembered heading out for a morning patrol and decidedly taking it easy, cane at the ready.

Now it was evening, and he was stumbling through the street even with his cane. Walking the streets with a long, jagged gash in his leg.

It wasn't an issue. Worsened with stress, but.. nothing. It was better than an episode, at least.

At this pace, getting back to the militia is gruelling. He stops in the street, heaving, pressing a hand to the bloody gash. He's not stable enough to do anything about it; the best he has managed to do is the click of the medical staples he carries on him. In no way administered as proper as they should be, but..

Tired

"...I'm...I'm good kid thanks for asking..."

Zayne muttered and just sighed.

"Also, a vigilante in training isn't a thing."

He sat up, keeping his head down until he got his mask and wig back on and finally just looking at the boy.

"You kinda just do it."

He stood up.

"And all vigilantes are sad and hurt. So pick a new direction. It'll benefit you in the long run."

Crysa's hand rested against the smooth and slimy head of Meat Cleaver. She could smell the smoke from the fires caused by the riot from the third floor of the abandoned parking lot building.

She would join them in her car form, but she had Meat Cleaver to look after, especially when she was so vulnerable, but Dex took no time in joining the riot, as she distantly heard their horn blaring across Gotham to drown out the police officer's screams to surrender, and probably running some of the officers over as they blared the horn.

She chuckled softly at that demon car's horn, knowing they came a long way from what they did a few decades ago...

“hey yeah i just said good buy but I think he was to boozed out to here me…yeah…we still going to that protest… ha! If anyone tries I’ll bite them…ok love you!” The boy now smiles and takes off his oversized nicks hoody to reveal a paint stain crop top

It slowly slithered under a tarp that was strung up to the ceiling, and appeared tightly woven to ensure the tarp would not fall.

as the boy was panicking he started to look different growing more furry, his nails elongated, and he transformed into a wolf

the boy - now wolf let out a Lowe growl of frustration took a breath then transformed back into a human

but he still keeped climbing almost as if a force out side of him self was forcing him to keep climbing

Then suddenly he stopped just before he was going to reach the top he said “shit I need to call Rex*” so hanging by his ankles and called his boyfriend to tell him about how dumb this all was
