Church
Today is Fast Sunday and since the pandemic, I've really just showed up for the sacrament, and then I leave. But today, Bro. Chapman got up as soon as the time was turned over to us. I've always liked him. So I waited to hear what he had to say, and as always, I was very glad I did. His experience with Christ matches mine. It's rare. I actually get something from him. Other people, I do not. In fact, sometimes when other people are up there talking, I don't have a clue what they are talking about. Which has me thinking, that clearly those people have different experiences than I do. It's not bad, perse - but it sure makes it difficult to sit there and listen to them. Anyway - the chain of events that happen in our lives are not coincidental, everything that has ever happened to us or that will happen to us is meaningful.
