Robby and Dennis just got back from their shifts, and Jack had the night off. For the whole ride home, Dennis was fading fast, half asleep leaned on Robby's arm. The minute they got home, Robby guided him to bed and stroked his cheek with his knuckles as he fell asleep.
Robby heard the taletale sound of Jack's crutches down the hall and smiled to himself before meeting him halfway to the bedroom.
"Is Den not with you?" Jack asked once they were done with their little greeting kiss.
Robby gestured to the cracked bedroom door. "He's sleepy tonight. Passed out the minute he laid down."
Jack tutted. "Shame. I was gonna put him through the mattress tonight."
Robby grinned. "Well, guess / get your full attention tonight."
Jack chuckled into the sloppy kiss they immediately shared. They stumbled into the bedroom, shushing each other for Dennis's sake, but also knowing he was a pretty heavy sleeper and they could probably get away with a lot. They would just do it on the couch, but getting old meant getting less flexible.
Jack had Robby under him, laughing into his kisses and whispering disgusting things in his ear while pounding into him, when they heard a sad little whine. Dennis gave them his very best pout, big blue eyes sad and sleepy, from his side of the bed.
Robby immediately cooed at him, which Jack was sure was the reason for his spoiled little attitude. "I'm sorry, pup. Go back to sleep. We'll be quieter."
"Without me?" Dennis mumbled in a tiny voice.
Jack chuckled. "Oh, baby. You're barely awake right now. We'll take care of you in the morning."
A few very convincing whines from Dennis, and Jack relented. He was easy, he couldn't help it. Besides, their pup always looked so cute when he slept. Jack would be lying if he said he had never thought about this.
Once Robby finished, Jack was careful to keep his own release at bay.
Robby cuddled up against Dennis, who was already basically asleep, while Jack set to prepping him. Apparently, he took a really fucking long time, because Dennis was back asleep in Robby's arms by the time he was ready.
"I feel mean," Jack chuckled, lined up but not pushing in yet. He stroked Dennis's smooth tummy. "He looks really peaceful. I don't wanna bother him."
Robby ran a hand through his curls. "He'll just wake up begging for it tomorrow. May as well get it out of his system tonight."
Dennis made a few tiny little sounds, and briefly woke up for some kisses and to sleepily mumble, "right there...yes, fuck, yeah." He writhed in the sheets, making that little sound he always did when he was right on the edge.
"You think he can come in his sleep?" Robby hummed, rubbing his hands over their sweet, sleepy pup.
Dennis and Andrew just playing around at home until Dennis goes like "Just to get it out of my system, can I punch you as hard as I can once?" And Andrew is like flashing a rare grin and is like "Sure" and then flexes his arm for Dennis to punch and Dennis like goes full force (or at least how much force he can do until the mental barrier stops him from punching his boyfriend) and after he does its like silent for a moment, Andrew looking at Jack and then back at Dennis until he just says "Oh Baby, we need to buy you a gun"
Huckleabbot but it's dennis who HATES taking care of his curly hair cuz it just takes soooooo long and hes tired, so he starts joking about just chopping it all off and jack hears that and panics a little cuz he just lives his little pups hair and immediately offers to take care of it instead and dennis jokingly answer sure cause he thinks jack is joking, but jack is very much serious.
Anyways now they have a little bathtime together where jack takes care of his pups fur making it all nice and stuff <3

Rick didn't like when people got secretive. Especially when they started getting secretive about what they were doing and where they were going. Maybe it's whatever remained of a cop in him, but upfront honesty got you farther than saying nothing at all.
Daryl was a repeat offender.
If you watched him closely, you could almost see him itching to get out of whatever base they were holed up in and back into the closest wooded area he could find. He was like a dog on too short of a chain, pacing circles in the front lawn until he was let free to roam.
The problem wasn't him not coming back. Somehow, no matter how long he disappeared, he always managed to be back before anyone had time to really notice he was gone. No, the problem was that Rick couldn't stand not knowing what he was up to. He trusted Daryl, more than he trusted anyone else in camp, but he'd trust him a hell of a lot more if he would stop sneaking off without saying anything.
So, he caught him one afternoon as he was slinging his crossbow over his shoulder and heading for the door of the cabin they were staying in.
JIMMY
So, I wanna to help you. I'm about to lose my family here if you don't tell me how . . . Please, Castiel, just talk to me. What do you want from me?
JIMMY
Yes, I understand. Promise my family will be okay and I'll do it . . . Then, yes.

"Hey, again. Didn't know you were so…shy," Jack said, trying to sound friendly.
Dennis's teeth dug into his own bottom lip. "Maybe you just don't know me very well," he hummed, looking at the register instead of Jack.
Jack watched his face carefully. He saw the fidgety nerves he saw in the shoplifting high schoolers he usually got tasked with stopping at the doors of the various stores in town.
"Did I do something to upset you?" Jack asked, leaning down to talk to him.
"No, you didn't."
"Then why-"
Dennis put Jack's card in his hand. "Have a good day."

Jack is a cop and business owner in a small, sleepy town, with his son, Sam. Dennis rolls into town one day with a weird past and something about him that Jack can’t quite figure out.

Rabbot who never really “cuddled” before Dennis was brought into the relationship.
Sure, they sit by each other and hold hands or, as Jack puts it, “play grab-ass,” but they don’t spoon or anything. If one of them is having a hard time falling asleep, the other might hold his arm or hand, but typically will roll over when the job is done to fall asleep themselves.
Dennis, world’s most persistent cuddlebug, indirectly refuses to fall asleep in their apartment if he’s not actively being held. They’re more than happy to oblige him, of course, but it’s a change they’re getting used to.
But, one night, Dennis is back at his and Trinity’s apartment, spending some much needed time with her. Jack and Robby are laying awake next to each other, both staring at the ceiling unable to fall asleep without a sweet boy between them.
Then, they look at each other, and slowly wrap themselves around the other. They fall asleep like that, and Dennis finds them the next morning when he let himself in before work.
Joy hated the ER. It's was loud, occasionally lawless, and not at all a practical elective choice for her degree. But, she had an empty spot in her schedule and a nurse she never asked out on a date.
She spent her entire summer break convincing herself that she liked the PTMC, not just Emma Nolan. It was impossible to like the PTMC, so she just accepted that she had a crush on the nurse. It wasn't hard, anyone would love Emma. She was sweet and thoughtful and made that compassionate but afraid smile at everyone.
Forgive Joy for being endeared to the embodiment of sunshine that had somehow snuck into an emergency room.

Jacks the one who catches Dennis. He was on a walk to clear his head, just walking around the track at the park. A jogger goes past, a little thing in tiny shorts and a big collage hoodie. Jack only catches a flash but he knows that med school.
He doesn’t think of it much till he sees the jogger, a boy, sitting on his usual bench. He’s cute, big eyes, soft skin, all fresh and soft. Jack sits next to him and strikes up a conversation. Dennis, and he’s in med school and new to the area. He asks where Jack works out at, if he usually walks in the park this time, where’s a good place to get coffee.
Jack likes him. He’s always liked blondes though. He doesn’t tell Robby at first, just keeping it to himself till he got a good feel for the kid.
Then Jack sees Dennis at the gym, goes over to the boy, who was dressed in loose sweatpants and a sweatshirt, all hidden away, doing some bench presses when Jack notices.
Notices that kids benching a whole hell of a lot more than he could. When Dennis gets done he sits up and gives the shyest, most timid little wave to Jack, eyes barely meeting a fraction of a second.
They catch coffee and Jack gives him his number. Because he knew. He just knew Robby would eat him up.
