Sundried Tomato Pasta: sauté 1 onion, 1 shallot, lots of chopped garlic, chopped portobello mushrooms, and 1 1/2 cups chopped sundried tomatoes in olive oil for 15 minutes. Season with oregano, thyme, basil, cracked pepper and salt. Pour in 1/2 cup heavy cream and simmer while stirring. Should turn orange. Mix in penne. 👌🏼. #dinner #recipe #homemade #pasta

In April, Trey and I vacationed for a week in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. It was fantastic!
