*She sneakily kisses him when he's off guard* [Admin is evil c:<]
The kiss turned him into a blushing mess and he quickly brought a hand up to cover his face
âWhyâIvy??â
(( The ship be sailing ))
âThatâs a very nice jumper, and the knitting isnât entirely bad either, your mother must of been very pleased at what you were able to createâ he bowed his head slightly, glancing at the tip of his shoes âYour mother seems like she must of been a wonderful personâ
âShe was kind of pleasedâŚAlthough, she was very forgetful.â Ivy expelled the pent-up air from her system and started humming a tune, softly, sweetly and quietly.
âShe was fairly unpredictable, sometimes sheâd be that wonderful person and sometimesâ she could be insane.â
âYour mother didnât have anything like bipolar did she? I apologies in advance if I may sound a bitâŚ.rude? I only ask because you said she could be a wonderful person sometimes and then an insane oneâ
âIâm unsureâŚshe was just crazy to me, but, when life gives you lemons~.â She didnât finish the whole phrase, due to the fact heâd probably got the vibe she was trying to imply.
âWhat was your mother like?â
âMy motherâŚ?â This was a question he needed to think through, he would often avoid questions about his mother, due to the fact he lost he six, seven years ago, and he was still trying to recover even now. âShe wasâŚnice, at least thatâs what I can remember from herâŚlike any mother, she gave love, and kindnessâŚyou know?â
"That's the way it should be. It's nice here, isn't it?"
She shut her eyes and leaned back, putting pressure against the bark behind. She sensed his sensitivity within this subject, she decided to change it.
"I love coming here."

(( The ship be sailing ))
She looked around for anyone else, with the sense of confidence that they were both alone, she marched off, hoping he would follow after and she approached a small sanctuary within the vast space of the gardens. In the small section, grew a large cherry blossom tree, its blooms of the faintest baby pink protruded in the light and felt like a breath of pure air when looked upon, and that tree, was where they were going
.âYou see that tree? My mother and I used to sit under it, before she got sick.â
While following the young girl, he made sure to study each and every single detail of each plant his hues locked on. This was a much better scenery the dull dark painting of Gotham city. Once his eyes met the cherry blossoms, he immediately fell into a blissful serenity. This was, strange, he couldnât remember the last time he felt this calm, even his fatherâs compound seemed to just vanish. Snapping back to reality, he moved his attention towards her and over to the tree she had been pointing at âWonât that, make you sad? Considering this was something you and your mother use to do?â
âAre you kidding? I adore it here! Even if it reminds me of my mother, it only reminds me of the good times we shared, and they are the things I treasure the most.â
She tilted her head, a small smile across her lips. She remembered the times of old, when her mother was alive and when theyâd use this spot as an escape from her fatherâs wrath, it made her feel so calm, the serenity was immersing.
His brows knitted, a smile played across his face and he nodded, brushing his hair from his hues âAh, so then its no trouble at all? Good, because, I didnât want just one of us to feel in the much lighter mood per seâ
âOf course, itâs no trouble, it reminds me of when times were muchâŚsimpler.â
She grabbed his hand once again, her fingers lacing with his and she pulled him up the large hill towards the serenity of the tree.
âIsnât it glorious?â
He trudged his steps only for mere moments, well when she pulled on him. his walk became once more normal when he figured out her pace, and was able to follow after herâŚproperly?Â
he looked up at the tree from the center, seeing each branch individually lacing through each other , it looked like a web only difference was, it wasnât silk, it was wood.
âGloriousâŚ.that it isâveryâ
Plonking herself down under the tree, yanking poor Jon with her, she ran her fingers through the radiant, green grass and basked within the beauty of the moment, she recalled those much simpler times she had aforementioned. Times when both her parents were alive and most certainly, kicking.
âNature is such a gift, itâs a shame how badly we abuse it.â
âWe humans arenât entirely the nicest things on the planetâŚâ He leaned against the bark of the tree, letting his fingers dance around the thick soil along with lacing with the grass âIf we left nature alone, this city would be flooding with the floral kindgomââ he looked over at her, knitting both brows âHave you ever thought of being a botanist?â
âI agree, some of us can beâŚvile.â She leaned her head back against the bark, fresh, clean air filling her lungs and flooding her system with swift movements. Expelling the air, she slowly ran her own hand across the grass, to find Jonâs. And, once she had found his hand, she cradled it within her own.
âIâve never thought of it, actually, I think Iâd like it.â
âYou never thought about it?â his fingers twitched, curling into his own palm about three times before finding out how he could properly hold onto her hand. he sheepishly exchanged a glance with her once or twice, well it was probably more then twice but that didnât matter. it was thanks to the tranquility and purity of the elusive moment that helped with his mess of a mind, that he was able to just stay calm other then freak out over every little detail.
he realized he was putting way too much thought into the entire thing, but speaking would probably ruin the entire moment, at least thatâs what Jonathan thought.Â
âNot really, I was too busy withâŚuhâ ThingsâŚâ âThingsâ meaning cowering in the corner in fear of punishment from her father. Sheâd never had the chance to put any thought into career choices, the only thing that mattered to her then was protecting her mother from the monster that lived alongside them in their apartment.
âBut, maybe I should be one, maybe I could help Gotham see the beauty in nature.â
âI only suggested the career because Iâve come to a realization that you really like natureâÂ
Iâve come to a realization that you really like nature..? he didnât even sound like he made any sense, well it was already said, so there was nothing he could change about it.Â
âIâI just think youâll become a great botanist one dayâ
âThank you, that brain of yours is full of good ideas, isnât it?â
She patted him on the head with her free hand and chuckled quietly, a minuscule smile appearing and a little glint in her hues.
âWhat do you like to do as a pastime? Like knitting or something?â
âKnittingâŚ?â He quirked a brow, pulling a hand into the pocket of his coat âThat isnât my most, strongest skill per se, in fact, I hardly know a thing about knittingâ he knit his brows, and purses his lips âI like reading, mostly my fatherâs books on biology, I find it fascinating to say the least ~ do you knit, Ivy?â
âReadingâs nice, I donât like hardbacks though, daddy used them⌠A lot.â She sighed and turned her head towards his. âI knitted this jumper.â She pulled out the collar of the sweater, showcasing him the knitting. âAlthough, my mother helped sew the buttons on.â
âThatâs a very nice jumper, and the knitting isnât entirely bad either, your mother must of been very pleased at what you were able to createâ he bowed his head slightly, glancing at the tip of his shoes âYour mother seems like she must of been a wonderful personâ
"She was kind of pleased...Although, she was very forgetful." Ivy expelled the pent-up air from her system and started humming a tune, softly, sweetly and quietly.

"Harley?"
Ivy spun around in a circular motion. trying to identify the item on her head, she could see a small slither of pink in the corner of her eye and it fairly reminded her of a...petal?
"What is it?"
"Flower Crown" (Because both my muses must interact with you ^-^)
"What are you doing?"The redhead tried to catch a glimpse of the garment upon her head, eyes flickering up desperately with determination.
