Their hands-on experience of being a mother, wife, and daughter, gives them an upper hand in understanding the requirements of a homemaker and also of a working woman. They are not only aware of the similar pattern of likes and dislikes between children, but are also well versed on how to fulfill the tasteful demands of other family members. If Mrs. Jayashri is the brains, then Mrs. Pramodini is the body of this establishment, together they create the perfect blend of professionalism and warmth towards fellow employees.

Their approach is a combination of both contemporary and modern ideas when it comes to the e-commerce business of perishable goods with an aim to give back the most to the farmers and eradicate the income problems faced by them.
