I said I was going to relaunch it mid-October and here we are. Turns out, I’m actually not feeling the relaunch, because it just doesn’t feel like the right time. I’m sure I’ll definitely do it in the future but, and even though I made rewards for patrons already, I’m going to hold off. I work 50 hours a week at my day job and I just don’t have the time to put into the keep up that comes with ongoing rewards each month and it wouldn’t be fair to patrons. Also, I feel I don’t deserve patronage from anyone until I really get a new big project out and prove myself. I know Patreon HELPS in building new big projects and aids in getting them finished in a timelier manner, but it still just feels off for me to relaunch this thing until something worth it comes out of me. Something that proves that I still have a passion for this whole art/animation/music/writing thing.
Any rewards I had planned for Patreon will become available to the public soon. Everyone will get to a chance to enjoy!!!!!!!!
I’ve been putting this animation off for a while now. I got sucked up in numerous other smaller projects and my day job takes a lot of energy out of me. I get home and just feel like I lack the focus to animate. I sit down and relax for a bit and I think about animating, and it becomes a burden in my mind and that bums me out. I REALLY REALLY want to get this animation done, so I’m really going to try and get my ass in gear and make myself work on this thing. I want to put all my creative focus on two things: The Finger Eater and my sound work on In the Keeper’s Shadow (indie video game I’m doing sound and music for, with Lonely Egg Studio) To prep for this, I’ve changed my availability at my job so I get an extra day off a week. It’s not much, but it’s something. It’s extra time to work on animation that I didn’t have before. Expect more frequent updates on the animation. More streams and screen shots and all that.
I know this is what most people want from me as an artist. Finger Eater is my most popular thing by far. I will be working very hard to deliver the next installment, not just because people seem to want it, but because I am very passionate about it and I love the characters and world.
This is something I’ve been working on for my would-be patrons. Since Patreon isn’t happening any time soon, this will obviously be a publicly uploaded thing. I can’t say for sure how many pages will be released at a time, or how frequently, but I can say I have the first few pages done and I worked my but off on the art, to make a good first impression (something I’ll need to get a little speedier with in the future, if I want to get these pages out without spending all my free time on just the comic).

I’ve been working on an album consisting of cinematic/haunting music. It’ll have a lot of new music made specifically for the album, as well as several remixes and remasters of some of my older songs. Not sure when it’ll be out, but this was another reward I had planned for Patreon.
Not much more I can say about this, you’ll just have to hear it for yourself when it’s out!
Music/Sound Work for In the Keeper’s Shadow:
This is my second biggest focus creatively right now.
In the Keeper’s Shadow is an indie game in pre-production, being made by Lonely Egg Studio. I’m working with Lonely Egg, creating the music and sound for the game. It’s something I’ve always dreamed of doing, and I’m so happy to be on this project. I can’t say a whole lot about the game just yet, but I know more things will be released as it goes into full production very soon.
The visual artists on this game are top notch, and I am simply amazed and in awe every time I see a new piece of art come through. The style and tone in this game is incredible and I can’t wait for you guys to experience it.
