hey hey blog, don’t know what to say it’s just been a great week you know. A lot of great news, but still trying to catch up to my school work. So many work stressing me lol. Won’t give up though I want to pass, get my credits & gpa up. For the ones who struggling with class work, don’t feel it’s just you me too you not alone. Im in the same boat as you and i’m not letting that get me down.

for anyone who needs motivation !

It's okay to not fit in you need the crowd. Peer pressure is a heck f a thing sometimes, you don't need to break yourself to earn their ratings for you, their acceptance. No need to do something you’d ever that you’d do just cause you need some friends. I’ve never tried to fit but peer pressure happen to me before, I wish i could go back sometimes to take another turn. Sometimes friends aren’t what we expect them to be. So be independent, be bold because when it really comes down to it, the only person's acceptance you need is your own.

We want to be on track with our daily life. We want to get stuff done at certain times, specific days, weeks or even months. Majority of the time we have things jumbled up, we’re behind on a lot. Not having a steady head space, a good mindset or even a routine to set for yourself. You don’t think that’ll make you stress? Goals are so important in our daily life. Goals keep us going, goal set boundaries, goal keeps on track, goals are needed in this generation everything seems so rushed when you don’t have it all together. You get inspire when you see a colleague, a stranger or just scrolling on the internet. You sometimes ask yourself “why i can’t get like that” or “ how they do this” etc whatever you see someone do and it inspires you, you can do it too. We need to look into better ourselves. We need to set daily goals, monthly goals and year goals. Jot down all you want to accomplish in those timely matter. The most importantly to include in all of this is your God. Ask for the strength and motivation to keep pushing in better yourself, the mindset as well the health. We can all do better when we push to try.

When we think about family we’re thinking of love, care, comfort, support etc. You won’t think of backstabbing, trauma, thieves, all the bad things in the book you would think of. In this generation you must be careful how role around certain family members just how you would around strangers. The saying “blood thicker than water” I don’t believe in that because in my ongoing life now there’s family who dislike me and wish for my downfall. Not just for me but for others. I rather friends over family, I choose my friends wisely and their family treats me better than how some of my family does. We are growing and we got to be wiser in this life.

We all want to have a good figure, look good and healthy but not everyone wants to go the gym, not everyone wants to put themselves on a diet. Truth is you don’t have to do that; a lot don’t even want to pay for a gym membership. They start going for 2 or 3 days then they stop. Instead of that I really recommend playing a sport, especially as a high school student you’ll be fit all right through. I played soccer all through high school except my senior year. From time to time play just for fun to keep my body figure correct and in shape. There are many other sports like basketball, football and track & field. No need for excuses find a sport you like and get into it. WE GOTTA BE HEALTHY WE GOTTA BE STRONG!
