Ingredients:

-½ lb or 225 g - Goat Shoulder

-1 Salmon Filet

-½ lb or 225 g - Beef Strip Steak

-½ lb or 225 g - Pork Chop

-½ tsp or 2 ml - Applewood Smoked Sea Salt, per meat

Utensils:

-knife

-cutting board

-Indoor or Outdoor grill (or a skillet)

Instructions:

1.      Salt each side of the meat

2.      Grill each meat to desired done-ness, we recommend cooking the goat, salmon, and pork chop well done

3.      Cut goat into thin strips place at bottom of bowl

4.      Shred the fish, place on the goat

5.      Cut the steak into thicker strips, place on the fish
