I've been running a pretty consistent deck for a long time. Two wit, two speed, Riko, and then whatever borrow I need. It's a good deck, it gets me what I want. The specifics of what I run don't need to be gone into too much detail, except for a few cards. One of my speed cards was a 2lb Eishin Flash SR. It wasn't the best card in the world, but it worked, and that made me happy. Lately, though, I decided to tweak the deck. Instead of this, I would run my 3lb Marvelous Sunday Wit SR. This helped me with a few issues for when I wanted to run specific Umas, and let my borrow instead be a speed card, like Fuku's SSR.

I need to preface that I just started using this deck today. I was curious, does this give me better results? Well, considering my high before today was a mid-pack SS rank...

For 1, I have some very strong ones for BFDI. Naily is the first that comes to mind though. In fact, when I posted an essay on AO3 about some underrated BFDI characters, I made an entire rant about how Naily isn't a Price Tag clone. For Umamusume, though... I can't really think of anything except maybe Still In Love? I don't know enough about Still to fully formulate an opinion on her, but from what I've heard of her story vs what I've heard about her, it sounds like there's some disconnect.

For 9, I'd probably have to say CMs for Umamusume, they just aren't all that fun for me, so I've been sticking to Open. Though, lately I've found ways to make them more fun. BFDI... hmm... Worst part of BFDI canon probably has to go to Saw's 8 gag. I think it's been extremely poorly handled.

Like here's mine! The x axis is fans per million, while the y axis is careers finished. Notable outliers include Kitasan Black, Sakura Bakushin O, and Haru Urara. Kitasan has the most fans, Bakushin has the most careers played, and Haru... I think Haru is obvious enough, esepcially when you learn I LOVE playing her. But there's other interesting data points you can't really tell due to the cluster.

For example, Fuji Kiseki - with 1.665 millions fans in six careers, she represents the true average of fans per career, being the closest to the line. Her residual is only 0.044, with the only other uma having a residual under 0.1 being Grass Wonder with a residual of 0.076.

Data points with a negative residual are getting more fans than average, while data points with a positive residual are getting less fans than average. Notable outliers not already mentioned include Matikanetannhauser, with a residual of 4.332, along with Oguri and Ardan, who are so close they look like one point. Their residuals are -5.765 and -5.725 respectively.
