The opossum walks along side his boys. The silence was numbing for all three. The words echoing in his head, he doesn’t even have a bottle to ease into it. He looks at his boys and with a big sigh
“You two. Head over to Starline. I can find my way from here.won’t be hard.”
The two skunks look at eachother then back at clutch, both snickering
“I think this is the boss’s falling out”
“Yeah bro, maybe we could’ve taken him out with force.”
Clutch immediately turns his head to Rough and held him at gun point
“Try me. I may be old and losing my touch but I still got my aim. Anymore smart comments from either of you, one of you will be without a brother.”
Rough and Tumble looked at eachother then held their arms up in surrender.
“Now, both of you, get lost. I can find my way. And, no matter what he tells you. You’re both still MY pawns. My order over his. I will be needing you two later down the line.”
Rough and tumble nod hesitantly to their boss. But they feel this is a lose lose on their end. Both parties are able to persuade with different threats.
“He has that gem thingy, how are we supposed to-“
“Bro. Let’s talk this over later.”
They both nod at eachother then begin walking the opposite direction, the brothers towards Starline, clutch toward.. what could be assumed his room.after walking for a bit, he hears something approaching him.
“Who’s there!!! Starline if that you I don’t want to hear your bullshit right now!”
Clutch readies his gun, pointing it towards the source of the noise. It sounded of skates, it kept getting closer and closer

The ultimate lifeform stops right in front of the other, in a swift movement he disarms the other, knocking the cane gun out of the opossums reach. He snarls and pins him to the wall, balling up his fist
“Great, you’re here to? Atleast it’ll be easier to kick your ass. I called floor you once more.”
What was shadow doing back here? Matter of fact, where has he been.
The opossum grunted on impact, looking at the other in confusion. This old man is just not catching a break today is he? With quick thinking he stretches his tail as far as possible, straining it immensely, he tries to reach his cane gun, he fails. He brings his tail to cool around the others wrist to stop the impact.
“Get off me! I’m not who you need to be fighting right now!”
He desperately kicks the other to make some form of space. In doing so, he tightens his tails grip on the others wrist and throws him back with force from his tail and upper body. He may be capable of super strength but he can definitely do something. He didn’t get thrown very far; sorta pitiful honestly, he quickly grabs his cane with his tail. Now grounded
“Just wait a second. Maybe a deal? Just don’t go and try beating me up. I appreciate discussion. Ultimate life form was it? Or do you prefer Shadow, I don’t recall from our last meeting.”
The hedgehog narrowed his eyes at the other.
“A deal? Like I’d want to make a deal with a bastard like you. And you really think you’re gonna be able to fend me off? Gun or not. Pitiful.”
He rubs his wrist, that was uncomfortable
“I happen to know where all your friends are. I also happen to have a plan to get rid of Starline for good.”
He chuckled and waved the other off dismissively
“No no no, an old man knows his place. I’m not going to even try. But it’s in your best interest, I’m sure you watched how everything is crumbling surrounding your friends. I don’t just throw deals around to throw them.”
“I just simply ask you help me whenever I need it. And I’ll give you all and whatever you need in return. I’m mostly on “his side” so I can get whatever intell you need~ doesn’t that sound nice, doll?
“Your ass is grass if this is just more bullshit from you clutch. Don’t you dare think I forgot about all the horrible lies you spewed from the past. I’ll let you go but not because of this stupid deal. It’s an added on bonus, which you better hold your part in it. I don’t care how old you are, I’ll kill you.”
