Steven in this AU starts out as a villain or so would say... He's actually doing this because the Diamonds raised him different from what you'd actually think, he has Pink Pearl, Nephrite, Jasper and Spinel as his "Crystal Gem" team instead of Garnet, Amethyst and Pearl.

He treats his court with love and respect whilst upholding the Diamond's rules, He tolerates Citrine's crew: A Defective Serpentine, The Famous and Adored Boulder Opal and a Cobalt.

By the Mercury Arc, He finally realizes what the Diamond Authority really is and helps defeat Mercury, and bringing Peace with not only himself nor identity, but, to Homeword too.

Steven's Crew and his future design will be coming soon!

NEW AU ALERT: "A Single Shattered Rose Quartz AU"

It's basically a fusion between If Pink and Rose were not the same character x Bad Reverse AU

In this Universe, Instead of Rose shattering Pink, it was the Other Way Around, I imagined Pink finally maned up and decided to shatter Rose, only for the remaining Crystal Gems, Pearl, Garnet, Biggs Jasper and Bismuth to flee, vowing vengeance on Pink and soon to be future son: "Steven"!

Did Yellow diamond still fake her shattering?

If she didn't.. how exactly does she get onto Earth without the diamonds knowing?

and basically yellow diamond told Citrine to start the rebellion in a sense?

Yes, she did still fake her shattering, Btw her name's Lemon Quartz, not Citrine, that's one of the components for Jasper

I like to imagine it being some sort of Alternate Yellow Diamond AU Where things played out differently and is not canon to #yellowconnieau:

First off, For Clarification, Yellow Diamond and Lemon Quartz are NOT the same person

Second off, The Crystal Gems have change your mind forms in this picture, By the time this AU develops, there should be new forms.

Meet, James, Lemon Quartz, Pearl, Lapis and Jasper (a fusion of Citrine and Carnelian)

James 'Diamond' Universe - He's the current love interest of Jax, And the son of Yellow Diamond and Greg Universe, He's a straight-up punk who has a soft side for his love interest and The "Sunlight" gems, Even his Adopted mother, Lemon Quartz.

Pearl - She's laidback, patient, calm, understanding and a very great artist. She never had a real owner, so when Yellow's first Pearl gotten taken away, She was given to her. Although, she did end up liking Lemon more than Yellow.

Lemon Quartz - Lemon Quartz was one of Yellow Diamond's Royal Subjects and the "Leader of the Rebellion", but, it was actually Yellow Diamond behind the scenes due to her being sick of being viewed as a joke by White. Before James, Lemon was pretty much a tagalong for the group, always obeying every single order even if it was wrong. After Yellow gave her form up to create James, Lemon took thee responsibility of being the Mother for James, making Jasper the 2nd in command whenever Lemon had to look after James.

Lapis Lazuli - She's more happier than she was in the canon since She wasn't trapped in the mirror. Similar to Amethyst, she was found after the war, only instead of being born late: It was due to hiding from the war.

Jasper - Being the fusion of Carnelian and Citrine, She's the rough-house of the group and loves having James around, She is more "open" than Garnet, She can easily get pissed if you end up getting on her awful side, but, other than that, She's pretty chill to hang around.

Alrighty, This is a brief Intermission explaining the Motives of each Diamond in Pink's place before i get started with working on Momswap!

Pink Diamond

For Pink, You already know so i'll summarize it - She saw the beauty and life on Earth and decided to protect it instead of colonizing it.

Yellow Diamond

Being sick of Red and White going after Yellow for everything, Blue Pearl decides to help her become a "Jasper", at first Yellow wanted to go according to plan: Attack The Humans, Kill them, bring them back as trophies and prove to the Diamonds she can be trusted, but, after seeing a human child hurt themself but getting up and laughing it off, In her eyes, it was completely mind-blowing and caused her to have a change of plans: "We're stopping these sick freaks from taking their lives."

So, Yellow talked to Red first, only to get a laugh in the face, Then she went to White, hoping that she can help, Sadly White had no choice but to disagree, That was it. The final straw... She had to rebel as The former royalist, "Jasper"!

Blue Diamond

Blue was devastated, wishing she could go to her colony, but, White and Pink would not let her, and she knew damn well Yellow wouldn't either. So, Yellow Pearl gave her the idea of being a Blueberry Quartz. The story is similar to Rose Quartz's, only, She witnessed Two Parents grieving for a dead child that was brutally murdered, Thus, this impacted Blue's mindset and of course, she broke down crying. After that, she finally decided that after always being seen as joke, she had enough, So she took a stand, as the Legendary "Blueberry Quartz", hoping to free gems and humans from always having to be seen as a joke by evil people

White Diamond

Did you know that Rainbow Quartz wasn't always a Rainbow Quartz? Well... When White knew she couldn't go to Earth because of the Other Diamonds, she tried to brush it off, but when Pink Pearl suggested going as a 'Quartz' White turned into one right on the spot.

When heading to Earth, it didn't take her long before realizing the Life on Earth was full of beauty and the Humans, they don't need to be fixed or perfected in order to be perfect and flawless, because, they already are, However... knowing that the life here's going to die if she didn't do something, it made her depressed and sad up until she became a hue of Blue, hence how White became the flawless leader of The Crystal Gems "Rainbow Quartz"!

White Diamond AU (Finale) - The Pearls!

Blue Pearl, basically she's the same as the OG, but isn't that shy, she still loves to draw when her Diamond keeps her out of war or fighting, She doesn't mind White but is sick of hearing her perfections, So instead of "I forgot how silly you can be" or something she says "I sometimes end up forgetting how your obsessed with perfections.."

Yellow Pearl, She's sick of her Diamond, HATES White for everything that happened and overall, just wants to be free from her nightmare already

Pearl - Since White didn't know how to customize a Pearl, She had her in default settings, She was loyal to her Diamond, always obeying every task she had wanted, that was... until White's light blinding and color belching outburst happened... Basically, not only did it leave Pearl slightly blind, but, now she's emotionless, always tired and bored, yet her royalty remained...

BONUS: Pink's Power

So i'd like to think that instead of psychical control, Pink thinks its wrong and rather uses her "Mental Spit" to alter the gems mental mindset, making them a bit more "at peace" and "more happier", but in reality it's really hurting the gem in question more.

Before the brief intermission for Momswap AU, I'd like to thank @whitemarshmell0w for being my biggest fan and being the reason why i started doing these AU's on Tumblr in the first place!

White Diamond AU: The Diamonds and White's bar-tender, Spinel!

Blue Diamond - In the place of Yellow, She's the Military Diamond, but, she hates it and is full of dreed.. She basically wishes she could rest, but this is what Pink wanted after all.. She's basically OG Blue but more dominating and mean.

Yellow Diamond - As a former tyrant, Yellow can still be pretty angry and aggressive, but she's more... softer when she's feeling generous, She was even kind enough to keep White's zoo, because after all, She wanted to keep White's legacy alive

Pink Diamond - She's sweet and soft to everyone around her, but, she can be a bit selfish and bossy at times, not understanding how everyone can feel at times, But, by the end, she becomes a bit more serious and faces all of her problems

White Spinel - Nooow... with her, White never abandoned her, because Spinel knew what had been really going on at Homeworld.. So when White rebelled, Spinel was captured due to her refusing to explain White's real plan, a muzzle put over her mouth and was held prisoner until the events of "The Movie" (a short adventure involving Sadie and The Crystal Gems going up against a few rogue gems before saving Spinel.) After explaining everything, Spinel went to Earth and joined the Crystal Gems!

White Diamond AU: Emerald and Green Sapphire + White Diamond/Rainbow Quartz

Emerald - The Lover of Green Sapphire, She is fiercely possessive and easily agitated. Emerald used to be a high ranking commander, well, that was up until... Green Sapphire came in during a mission regarding Yellow Diamond. After that, she developed a soft spot for Sapphire and Sadie

Sapphire - Requested by Yellow Diamond to tell her the future, She used to be a highly-ranked member in Yellow Diamond's court until she fused with Emerald. She keeps emerald grounded in reality, Always the brains of Demantoid.

White Diamond/Rainbow Quartz - White's more insecure about her flaws, She refuses to even let a gem get even a little close, hence trying to hide her sadness, but, Pearl clearly saw how sad she was, even if she couldn't see it, So she gave White the idea of becoming a "Quartz", but, after seeing the life on Earth, she began feeling a lot of Colors hence the rebellious Rainbow Quartz

White Diamond AU - Amazonite and The B-Team!

Aquamarine - Peridot's Variant! She was left with the task of finding out how White Diamond was 'assassinated' and checking up on "The Husk" (The Cluster of the AU!) Ultimately she defected after calling Blue Diamond a "emotional jerk" and joined the Crystal Gems!

Tiger's Eye - Lapis' Variant! She's mean, cocky, overconfident and a straight-up a-hole according to Demantoid, but, much like Lapis she has a soft spot for Sadie after freeing her from a lantern

Snowflake Obsidian - Bismuth's Variant! She's friendly, easily panicked outside of combat, and heavily task-oriented, Even after fighting for the Crystal Gems, she loves jobs, such as making Snow cones for the team.

Ayy y'all, dw, I'm not dead thankfully, my mom was sick and we were supposed to go somewhere without wi-fi for the night so i could focus on White AU's B-Team, but, i got a bit messed over. BUUUUT, Don't worry! White AU should be resuming soon! In the meantime, i have made an SU OC based off of my Personal OC His backstory: Citrine is a Edgy Anti-Hero and a Super Solider made in the Beta Kindergarten alongside our Jasper, but he was different, he was already made an Elite due to his power, he could shatter or crack a gem through electricity if it is fired directly at the gemstone.

He used to love a Lapis from Blue's court until White shattered her due to her "getting in the way with Citrine's purpose.", leading her to despising White and Yellow (because she did nothing in his case). He doesn't mind Blue, but, he does like her Pearl. As for Pink. Citrine WISHED to be in her court, anything but White and Yellow at this rate.

White Diamond AU - The Crystal Gems!

Pink Pearl - She is the opposite of our Pearl, She's fun-loving, a fan of eating and singing and is Sadie's first ever "gem-friend", She's a bit sensitive about the past or even mentioning White Diamond. But, after Change your mind, She's more open, still friendly but better than ever! Her favorite food is Hot Dogs, thankfully since she's a gem and has no uhhhh... human features, she doesn't have to worry about health issues!

Demantoid - A fusion of an Emerald and a Green Sapphire from Yellow Diamond's court, She's cocky, rude and sometimes self-centered, but, she means well, It's just that she handled her trauma from the Gem War a bit differently. By Change your mind, She's more nicer, a bit sweeter, still cocky and egoistic, but a lot more kind thanks to Sadie.

White Diamond AU! - Sadie "Quartz" Miller! The Daughter of the lesbian couple Rainbow Quartz and Barbara Miller!

INTERMISSION AND CONCEPTS (Part 2/2!)

Up here we have "Light Pink" and "Alexandrite", 2 unstable mutants in my Blue AU. Since Yellow doesn't have mind control, She usually controls a gem through static electricity and then, if she wanted too, force fuse them after shattering them on impact, creating gem mutants

Blue Spinel - Instead of being a Playmate, She's more of a therapist and an actor, helping Blue with her emotional dreed, but, the problem is, She was too close and kept asking personal stuff, until one day, after getting her first Colony, Blue decided to give Spinel a "Lesson"

Yellow Spinel - Instead of being a Playmate, She's more of a wrestler and a trash-talker, Always gossiping about Red and any other unpleasant gem with Yellow. So then, "What made Yellow Leave her?" Truth to be told, She almost didn't want too, Yellow Spinel knew what was happening, So Yellow had her train for the war, Although it was an excuse to just keep her safe, even if it meant breaking Yellow Spinel's heart.

INTERMISSION AND CONCEPTS (Part 1/2!)

For the first half we got Yellow Diamond AU

For Blue's Mind Control Powers: She can basically put a lot of emotional pressure on a gem up until they give up and become controlled by unknown anomalies, Now if it lasted too long, The Gem would've been corrupted, Thankfully though, They weren't as long as Yellow Pearl's control.

Now... CONCEPT TIME!! :D

When first deciding to revive my tumblr with Diamond Swap AUs i wanted to do something similar to Momswap (hench the #momswap mention!) where the YD!Steven variant (either Sour Cream or James before Connie) were raised by a default Pearl who has looks similar to Blue Pearl's, Lapis, Peridot and Jasper, a fusion of 2 defective Quartz soldiers (which might be revised for a new concept, idk)

The Gem placements for YD!Steven and Pearl were gonna be the same as Canon Steven and Pearl's, but, i decided, nah, didn't wanna.
