It's that time of year again! Darren's birthday is right around the corner and this year we're celebrating his special day (and return to the stage!) by raising funds for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. We're hoping to raise $3700 to support the social service safety net they provide to folks all over the country.

Broadway Cares funds more than 450 organizations in all 50 states, Puerto Rico and Washington, D.C. It's also the largest funder of the social service programs at the Entertainment Community Fund (formerly The Actors Fund).

Some of you may be wondering who the heck we are... We get it. We haven't been active on Tumblr for very long. But this year is actually our TENTH ANNIVERSARY of celebrating Darren's birthday by raising money for charity in his honor. To date, with the help of fans all over the world, we've raised over $30,000 to help causes like The Trevor Project, Musicians on Call, and BCEFA!

This year, with YOUR help, we are hoping to raise $3600 for Musicians on Call for Darren's 36th birthday! We know Darren's fans appreciate the joy that music can bring during hard times, and hope you'll help Musicians On Call spread that joy to some of the folks who need it the most.

American Buffalo opens on Thursday, April 14th - one week from tonight!

To celebrate, we're hoping to raise 15,020 nickels (or $751 - $1 for every seat in the house at Circle in the Square for American Buffalo) for Broadway Cares!

Like many of you, we were shocked and saddened to read the news of Chuck's sudden passing. Our hearts ache for the Criss family. While we cannot ease their pain, we wanted to do something to honor Chuck's memory. He brought us such joy through his music and the obvious delight he and Darren took in each other and in making music together.

In his heartfelt tribute to Chuck on Instagram, Darren encouraged anyone who might be struggling to seek support. Mental Health America offers resources to find such support for yourself or to help a loved one. It is our hope that contributions made in Chuck's memory might assist in preventing another family from suffering a similar tragedy.

Hello Friends!! Darren's birthday is coming up and once again we've organized a fundraiser in his honor! Since everyone is still exhausted from *waves arms around at general state of the world* we decided to keep things short and simple again this year.
