There are many platforms out there, so you may be wondering why here of all places.

WordPress is easy. And addicting. In fact, it is the easiest platform to manage. Don't get me wrong, I do love WordPress, it's where am working most of our accounts. But I've been using WordPress since 2011. Like any other human being, a change in scenery is necessary from time to time.

Blogspot. Simple, sleek, easy, and it's Google. Who does not use Google products nowadays, right? You'll have your audience in no time. I used it once before when I needed a single-page site to list all the books I was selling. But that's just it. I did not really enjoy it that much.

Medium. Newsletter-type, professional, and super user-friendly. Any writer would want to be part of that world. I am too, actually. But I use Medium for my long-form rants, ramblings, and banters with occasional lesson-learned posts. It's hard to shy away from being too obedient to a routine when you're there.

Substack. The new booming newsletter-type, money-making, networking platform for all types of creatives. I love the podcast feature. Am there too, by the way, but being there demands too much of my socialite soul that it makes me want to read and read and read and not really get into writing anything.

Squarespace. Pricy, but it's perfect for creative individuals, and also for rich kids out there. And it's very international. Though we want that, we cannot afford it for the sake of exploring and experimentation.

A new month, a new day, a new something. And whatever your "new something" is, cheers!
