Disturbances and loud yelling have the team on a minor mission to get rid of a nuisance. Suddenly being faced with two rival hunter groups, however, they dive in and do more than just silence the ruckus.

Mika - a Changeling who was introduced in the last session - leads the team into the Hedge and through the Goblin Market to speak with the owner of the opera house, Ms. Cosgrove. Turns out she's actually the Spring Queen of the Fae Courts. As she and our Cardians are hunting the same 'Stranger', she offers them an alliance to work together, and a deal is struck. (FIRST RULE OF FAE - DON'T MAKE DEALS WITH FAE)

The team hears rumors of a strange woman in a black hat showing up near an old opera house and saving people from tragedy. Before the would-be victims can thank her, she disappears without a trace. The locals have begun referring to her as the 'angel in black'. A good Samaritan, perhaps? Not likely, considering the woman is none other than Ravin Mirage...

With some leads on a special case continued from the last mission, the group visits a seemingly picture-perfect family. What the crew doesn't know just yet is that one side of this happy family harbors a dark secret that only rears it's ugly head by the light of the moon.

Thrown together right off the bat, the teams split up and Clarke, Vance, and Nita must put their coping skills to the test. Forced to work side-by-side for the very first time, the team are given a simple search-and-destroy mission involving a faction of Wiccans out in the middle of nowhere. But the crew soon discovers that there is no such thing as a "simple mission" when you're a Cardian.

The teams have split, and Paul, Sabrina, and Noel are sent off to investigate a strange vampire case that needs dealing with. After a cut-throat run in with Cheiron, the group decides that this mission will have to be continued in the next week, where investigation of a certain woman will begin.
