Yeah, Babies”R”Us has a checklist that I was using which is why I said there was so much stuff I hadn’t even thought of needing. 

No, I didn’t expect people to read my mind, that’s why I’m doing the registry but I didn’t know what they need.. I’ve never even held a newborn baby before and now I’m going to have one in four very short months and it’s all becoming very, very real and terrifying.

Oh, I’m not complaining about people wanting to buy us things because even basic stuff like diapers and formula are expensive, but I was just surprised to how much stuff we supposedly need. I get several links a day from my sister of bottle warmers and sanitizers and bouncers and swings and all this stuff that I’ve never even heard of.

Welcome to the world of being broke. You better get used to it. I’ll be joining you for a while in the broke world after this trip. 

I have quite a bit of savings and my dad’s not going to stop giving me my school year living allowance since he doesn’t want me to have to get a job, especially now, so I won’t be completely broke. Also, my mom and sister are coming next week to help with apartment hunting and to pick out the big furniture because apparently two men are incapable of doing those things without their help. I think Bella said something about my eye for nursery design being inadequate? I don’t know, women make no sense.

…That they’re surprised people keep hanging around someone like me who only manages to screw everything up.

I know and believe me, I apologized like there was no tomorrow. They were pretty angry at first, but barely got a word in once I started apologizing. Well, just know that I love you too and I’m sorry that I’ve managed to lose my mind.

Hunter, what did they say that made you so angry in the first place? 

Well I don’t think they’re that cute so maybe it’s good that I don’t plan on procreating, because maybe I’d throw it out the window. I like chatting to other people’s toddlers.
