"I want to take care of it!" She puffed out her cheeks. "I'd take the best care of it ever in the world!"

" Don't you think we should check for a family first?" He asked looking up at his sister.

“I’m Ruffnut Thorston of the Hooligan tribe from Berk.” She said taking a seat on the ground leaning against a tree. “It’s in Scandinavia.” 

" Well That's along way from here, What brings you all the way out here?" He asked.

Mushu flew up to meet the boy’s eye level. “The name’s Mushu, Guardian of Honor. I helped save China. No big deal.” He bragged, clearly very proud, even though Mulan did most of the saving.

Jack was shocked when it started to talk. ” You saved China? How did you manage that?” he asked raising an eyebrow.

Jack did try not to laugh at the dragon, He really did try. But he could help a small laugh escape his lips. " What exactly did you save China from? An ant?"

” Huh. Oh My names Jack. Why would anyone need the guts to speak to you?”  he asked

“Duh, cause’ I’m dangerous. You know, I can freeze you in an instant…” She smirked as she flew beside him. “Anyways, it’s a pleasure meeting you I guess.”

Jacks eyes widen when she said that then he jumped a bit when she flew beside him. ” Well that does seem dangerous. You don’t seem so though”

“Your’e just asking for it, Jack. If you get to know me better, you’d even fear standing next to me.” She crossed her arms and said, “Oh, your’e surprised that I’m flyin’? Well, I’m the Ice Princess. Of the Ice Kingdom. I control the powers of ice and snow.”

” Well, you wouldn’t want to freeze me would you?  By the sound of what you said before people don’t really talk to you much.” He said smugly, this could lead to his death or maybe a friend. ” Princess? Well, your majesty i’m sorry if under estimated you dangerous levels.” He said sarcastically.

“Dude, cut the sarcasm,” She growled. She really wanted to have him as a friend, but she wasn’t used to a moral talking to her this long. Usually, the ones who could see her,  would judge her, or saying, “Your’e crazy!” or, “Damn, what have you eaten?” or anything like that.

" Alright, Alright if it's bugging you that much" He said smiling at her. It was fun to mess around with people from time to time, but seeing as this girl might kill him. He decided it was best to leave it at that

Hiccup’s eyebrows rose. So that’s where he was.. Burgess.. He hadn’t heard of the place but didn’t question it. “Ah hi.. I’m Hiccup.” he introduced awkwardly, stepping toward the boy. “What’s your name?” 

” Hiccup? That an unusual name.” He said smiling a bit. It was obvious that he wasn’t from around here at all ” Im Jack.”

He shrugged slightly at the comment, blowing air into his cheeks. “Nice to meet you, Jack.” he said, testing out the name. 

" Nice to meet you to, Where you from?" He asked looking at the him.

Merida looked around to the unknown place. ” So ye say I’m in Burgess, hun? A’ think A’ never been ‘ere befoo’!” She smiled. “Ma name is Merida!”

" Well, on the edge of it really." He said smiling a bit. " I'm Jack, Nice to meet you Merida"

“I’m a winter spirit!~” The teen chirped. “… Apparently the trickster lifestyle we live makes us qualified for the job.”

“Winter spirit! That’s amazing. I guess that part makes sense” He smirked.

“Ohhhh. Trust me. It’s not amazing the first um. Few years of the job.” He frowned.

" What is that suppose to mean?" He asked his smirk disappeared from his face.

” Well, I just told you. You’re near a small village called Burgess.The names Jack what’s yours?” He said.

Merida looked a little embarrassed at her mistake, blaming it entirely on how tired she was after her journey. “Merida. It’s a pleasure to meet ye’ Jack. I’m guessin’ ye’re from ‘round here then?”

" Yep born and raised across the lake. So where are you from Merida?" Jack ask smiling a bit.

“It was over on the ground!” She smiled, gesturing to the wooded area a bit away. “Over there!”

” On the ground? It must have fell out of the nest. What do you think we should do with it Emma?” He asked, putting his hands out wanting to hold the baby bird.

She carefully set it in his hands, frowning a little. “Should we try to get it back?”

He looked at the bird in his hands it was so small. " I think so but if we can't we'll have to take care of it. Right?" He said with a smile looking back up at Emma.
