Imo Francis rarely eats breakfast lunch and dinner. He skips breakfast (though maybe he'll count his coffee as breakfast), eats bread and snacks throughout the day, and then cooks a large meal when he gets home. But it takes a while so he's eating dinner at 10pm and he goes to bed with a stomachache.
Sometimes, it's the opposite where he eats an indulgent lunch and gets lazy with dinner. Either way, breakfast is a foreign concept to him. He'll literally cook OTHER PEOPLE breakfast and not give himself a plate.
