❓ Travel to the past or future? Me : Past. To stop CO to the VID. so nobody would died of it 😭 __________________________ Before The Coffee Gets Cold : Tales From The Cafe by Toshikazu Kawaguchi 4.4⭐️ 💭 I was hesitant to pick this up because I haven't read the first book. But i'm glad I did! Its heart-wrenchingly beautiful and meaningful that it aches me! 💭 Also, I seldom talk about book covers, but this one is minimalist, yet pretty and speaks of the book. I would've bought it for the cover. 💭 So the story revolves around this legendary cafe called Funiculi Funicula that could help you to time travel. The coffee pourer has to be a female from the family, and aged 7 years old onwards. Thats just how it is and in the present, it's Kazu's responsibility. And she has her own painful experience towards time travelling. 💭 There's four stories in this book and they either went back to the past or traveled all the way to the future to meet a dead bestfriend, a dead mother, a lover, and a dead wife for several reasons and purposes. 💭One thing I've learned from this book is to always appreciate your love ones while they are still around 😭 ❤️ Major love to #pansing @definitelybooks for sending me this book! Its available in all major bookstores.
