My depression, my rapist & the need to always be high.

Ever since I was only 9, I’ve struggled with depression

& ever since then I’ve managed to hold back this confession

All the men I’ve trusted with all my heart & soul

They’ve taken advantage of my body & made my blood run cold.

No one protected me - I thought you were here to help

Now I’m addicted to heroin & my life’s a living hell.

As long as I am high, I’m numb to all the pain ..

The Physical & Emotional, heroin keeps me sain.

So don’t you dare even try

To take this away

You weren’t there when I cried & wanted to be saved.

Now just let me go, I’ll be happy when I die..

Because happiness to me is ONLY when I’m high.
