Play With Power!

-This is a version of Dyne from the OG Final Fantasy 7, not the remake. Only a little inspo from the remake was taken, such as him using drugs and being a bit more disconnected with reality.

-He’s prone to extreme mood swings and will flip on a dime. I’m avoiding listing any specific disorder, but he certainly has something that is untreated.

-He has three notable phases that he cycles through (besides a sort of “default” where he’s just commenting on his surroundings):

1: He is enraged and wants to destroy everything (including Barret). Overtly violent or nihilistic commentary.

2: He is nostalgic and wants things to go back to how they were. Posts sound like longing or introspection, feels more sane than usual.

3: He is high on something. Wild card posts. Could be a good or bad trip, could be nonsensical or show a telling look into his psyche.

-His memory is a bit scrambled at times. He usually remembers the gist of everything that has happened, but sometimes he sees hallucinations of his wife or other people and believes that they are real. He always ends up remembering eventually, though.

-He is the boss of Corel Prison, but he doesn’t really care for anybody in there and tries not to interact with them as much as possible, unless they are bringing him weapons, food, etc.

-His coping mechanisms that stop him from fully going off the rails include: doing drugs, dissociating, taking care of his chocobo (Wallace), and posting about his problems on tumblr.com from a shitty device that he stole.

-He’s low key bisexual but he’s never gonna unpack all that

-You can send him asks and comments and he will probably respond because he has nothing better to do. Though, if you try to tell him something plot sensitive, like Marlene being alive, he’s not gonna believe you and might get pissed off.

-(Despite being pretty sad sometimes, it’s still mostly for shitposting, so don’t take it too seriously)
