I know you care, I know you care a lot and sometimes you go out of your way to care for me but even that isn’t enough because half way through our conversations, your words start to sound like ‘you are my friend, just a friend’ and I don’t know why it gets translated to 'I won’t ever be good enough for you’

We were good together, yeah? Not good enough to last, but good enough to remember that we were a part of each others lives. Good enough to still miss the other from time to time.
