A quick look at the steps I take while completing a digital painting.  Gotta say, I wish the finished piece had turned out looking as sultry as the sketch!  I erased and restarted the coloring SO many times without being able to capture the same expression!  Boooo   xD

H: I love hamsters!  They’re so cute.  Always eating paper shreds, and moving ‘em somewhere else.

Me, talking about the farmer’s market: There’s a stall there where they sell fresh beets. Husband: Do they also sell turn tables?

Husband, looking in the mirror:  Would you say my eyebrows are more bushy, or shrubby?

In our new house, waiting for the movers to arrive: Husband: I feel like we’re living in a game of The Sims.  The house is mostly empty, and the only place we have to set anything on is the kitchen counter.

H: Okay, I believe you.

Painted this for a family member's birthday. :)

Commissioned for Nukem9999 of Deviant Art. :)  This is his character, Tilura, from the tabletop gaming world of Exalted!  She's a sun priestess of Chinese descent.  I love how this one came out -- I'm definitely improving with every piece I create!

Check out these adorable pillowcases I made for Halloween!  They cover up my current throw pillows so I don't have to buy (and store) separate pillows just for Halloween decor.  The pillow in the foreground shows what's on the front of the case, the background pillow shows the back of the case.  SO CUTE
