This is a semi-selective, crossover friendly, LGBTQ+ friendly roleplay-ask blog for my personal interpretation and depiction of the fictional character Mono from Little Nightmares 2. due to personal reasons regarding my identity this blog will be 18+ and Mono himself will be an adult. Just because Mono will retain his design, albeit more worn out and oldened looking, of the paperbag and his trenchcoat does not make him a minor in this blog specifically.

Mono strode through the forest, navigating quietly but carefully. living in this world and growing up in it required practice and skill to ensure a safety survival, though before he could be careless. before he had the safety of the loop to remain alive, though without it meant he was vulnerable. this was no concern of Mono's though, as he'd rather have a life where he could risk death than a life where death meant nothing and merely repeated itself.

The sound of a cassette tape entering a TV could be heard. The lonesome TV in the middle of a forest far from anywhere recognizable remained dark for a moment, not a person in sight. Until suddenly, the TV buzzed to life with a blaring sound of static. It took a few minutes, however when the TV finally decided on something...

The Screen clicked to a visual of a poorly lit room. the imagery was still fuzzy and buzzed with faint bits of static that made the extra additional details very difficult to be perceived. from what could be visually determined however, there it looked to be akin to a psychiatrist's office.

The visual now is of a man adjusting the camera, his face blacked out completely but otherwise could be seen wearing a dingy but professional looking suit. once the camera was adjusted on what could be assumed of a bookshelf, the man walked over and took a seat across the desk infront of a very small boy who wore a paperbag on his head. infact, due to the positioning of the camera, it even looked as if that the paperbag was oversized for such a little kid.

There seems to be talking going on, but the words are unable to be heard. it's just the soft buzz of static that only accompanies the volume, but the visual tells wonders between the boy's nervous seating adjustment and the man's calm and cool posture that also seemed to be coldly calculated. however, this just seems to be the way the entire tape goes on for this current tape, as the top left corner of the screen read in white text letters 'Introduction and Interview 1 - Subject case number 001'.

The tape seems to go on for about thirty minutes, showing the man talking with the boy only giving nods or shakes of his head. when the psychiatrist infront of the boy seems to get frustrated with getting nowhere with the boy, he cools his temper judging by his body language and rises to walk over and turn the camera off.
