you know i think we all have that one person we've known for years and there always telling you to be strong and that your okay and fine and there there for you and they help you but you never knew that they needed someone to say that to them cuz every night they go home cry themselves to sleep with there arm,chest,leg,side bleeding from all the cuts they did to themselves over and over hoping they would bleed out but your at home not knowing that the person that always helps you needs your help right now next time you see that person pull him or her off to the side and talk to them cuz they need your help to just like i do and if you ever need help then reach out and ill try to help you as much as i can please reblog so this can go around
