Up to no good

I'll try my best, Professor, but with being friends with James and Sirius, it's not something that I can promise. Though maybe with James being Head Boy, he'll show some thought for authority and rules this year. I'm sure if we had a few more years here that I would probably very much have my own filing cabinet in Flich's office. Just think though, it's the last year you'll have to deal with us. I doubt any other students land in as much trouble as we do.

As they walked through the corridors to the Entrance Hall, there seemed to be a small permanent smile on Remus' face. It had been such a long time since things had gone good for him and the last couple of weeks had been brilliant. Not only was it his last year at Hogwarts but he was with Sirius, something he had never thought would happen. Sometimes it felt like a dream, like it couldn't really be happening but then their lips would press against one another and he would be reminded just how real it was. He gave a small shake of his head and quickly glanced over at Sirius was he pulled the large oak door open. "Here's to hoping we're not going to freeze to death." Remus laughed as they stepped outside and was thankfully greeted by some rather warm weather. 

Of course he could have spent the afternoon tucked away in the library with his books and essays but he couldn't pass up a swim in the lake. It was something he hardly ever did because it seemed like the lake was always crowded with students during the warmer months. And he was much too ashamed of his pale and scarred body to get into the water with them. But as they walked along, the grounds seemed pretty empty, something he was very grateful for. He would be able to enjoy a dip in the water with Sirius without worrying about any onlookers that might see the scars and discover what he was. 

I'm sure you will and you know that if you ever need help with assignments or anything, I'm here to lend a hand. I've been doing quite brilliantly. How about you, Marlene?

I really don't think that he likes us. I mean, between me melting cauldrons on accident and the other three melting them on purpose, we're a recipe for his dislike.

Er- well, uh... Some of it might be Sirius related stuff. The other is just that things seemed to be going good for once. Ah, I'm really sorry to hear that. If you ever need someone to just listen while you get things off of your chest, I'm always here.

Yes... again. I'm out to break my record of cauldron's melted last year so I figured why not get an early start to it this year.

I've actually been doing really good lately, which is such a strange thing to say. It feels like something is usually going on with me but it's been a nice while. How about you?

There was a part of me that was terrified it was some plot to get me to help with Herbology homework or something. But er, yeah. Sure.

Either way, Professor, I don't think you'll be able to sleep with James or any of us for that matter, back in the school... Of course it doesn't, I'm the good one. I would never partake in such behaviors.

I'm guessing that he has to at least be a hundred by now or at least close to it. Yeah, that he does. To be honest, she's probably more strict with him than what any of us would be. I am. I don't think I could handle being Head Boy, dealing with monthly transformations, homework, and having a social life all at once.  Oh does he know? You know, I would throw in some compliments about his hair and a few other things but like I said, can't feed that ego of his. Hopefully there won't be anyone else down at it having a swim.
