“Why would I want to help you wash someone’s clothes...?” Allen had a roll hovering in front of his lips, about to gorge on every carb he could take from the kitchen. “Especially Bookman’s? Isn’t it supposed to be your job?”

     Oh, the demon didn’t like that, huh? Perfect! But making a mental note was not nearly enough for Lavi. He scooted closer and dug his finger in both of Allen’s sides. “I wonder what happens if I do this, though…” He grinned and allowed the touch to ease out and grow gentle. Then the tickling came.

Allen let out a rather un-demonic squeak, lurching forward away from Lavi as soon as the tickling started. “H-HEY! STOP THAT!” He snapped, his ears turning red under the snowy hair. The demon pouted out his lower lip, folding his arms over his chest. 

“No. I am not moving. I am too comfy. Too warm.”

“Are you sure? You sound hungry!” She asked, ruffling her boyfriend’s hair in amusement. Allen had to admit, she didn’t want to move either. Despite being dressed in only a towel wrapped around her, Allen felt at ease, warm and happy. 

“Y-You have a warm hand…” he sputters out, making a guess and hoping he’s right and it flatters her.

Allen looked over he shoulder, a smile playing at the edge of her lips. “Well, thanks. So do you~” She chirped, amused. Leading Emilio along, Allen started to hum. It was a gentle melody, with the purpose of calming both of their nerves. 

“Ah… I can hold your… hand?” he asks, wanting to be sure.

“If you want to!” She replied, giggling at his expression. He was actually pretty cute, so maybe this would work out. Without waiting, Allen grabbed Emilio’s hand, pulling him along with her as she headed out. 

     Screwing up?! Lavi could almost feel his pride taking the impact at that. Heat rose to his cheeks and he protested immediately. “It was your fault with your freaky behaviour!” Finger dug in Allen’s ribs as the other poked him there accusingly.

Allen jumped as the finger was dug into his ribs. “HEY DON’T DO THAT!” He growled, swatting the red-head’s hand. The demon’s eye twitched, and he ground his teeth together. His sides were sensitive and he didn’t appreciate being jabbed there. 

     A chuckle escaped him before Lavi could stop it, shoulders moving up to protect his neck. “S-stop that.” It tickled, and it made him feel tingly all over - both at once. He could not allow Allen continue that or he’d become completely vulnerable. …Which was tempting. So very tempting.

He giggled lightly, resting his head on the other’s shoulder. “What, did that tickle?” Allen teased, yawning around his words. Being with Lavi calmed him down enough that his sleepless night was catching up to him. 

     “You’re welcome~” He nudged the other a little. They were almost at the entrance to the dining hall. Lavi preferred to make sure Allen was ready to enter a room full of people. It might be hard, after all. So he slowed down a little and put hand on Allen’s shoulder, slowing him as well. “Let’s get you something proper to eat then…?”

Allen tried his best to put on a bright smile, nodding. His stomach growled loudly, then, signaling it’s approval at Lavi’s words. “My stomach says yes, so I guess we probably should!” He said, trying to joke.
