So as most of you (or maybe just the handful I talk to regularly) may have noticed, this blog's gotten pretty idle. This is a combination of reasons, such as school catching up on me and my Holmes RP blog taking up another chunk of my time. See, having known that character much longer, he's much easier for me to work into my limited free time. He's like slipping on a pair or worn, comfy shoes, I don't need to think about him. Javert however... he's still very much a work in progress for me. I'm still learning stuff about him, in the films, the musical, and the original canon. He's work. Enjoyable work, work that fascinates me, but work nonetheless. To make a long story short (too late) I want to be able to do the character and the blog justice, and because of a lack of time and an admitted lack of knowledge, I don't know that I can right now. So Javert's going on a temporary, semi-hiatus until about May, when school ends and I can focus my attention on the character more and in general give the blog an overhaul. Any threads currently going on will still be active and I'll reply to the best of my ability when I can, but with a few special exceptions I probably won't be accepting more at the moment. I apologize, and if any of you choose to unfollow me for the duration of the hiatus I'd understand. All that said, Holmes will remain up and running and I heavily encourage you to come chat and plot with me on there, whether we've talked on this account or not. I am always open to new people and crossovers, and am keeping him generally active even with my busy schedule.
