Another stranger out of time and place, this one actually showing his face. Good, less trouble on him if things get bad. But this one actually looked human.

"And you are?"

Whatever that was. Looked human, sounded human. Then what the hell is that off feeling from? Then again, people are looking weird all the time. At least this one is preaching or gathering around him. The demi-god grumbles at the half-assed answer. They're growing to be smartasses, too. Frustrating.

He simply gave off that smell of destruction and insanity. Something he hasn’t seen since-

His stare sharpens as he sizes up this colorful jester. No doubt, this was one reminder of what should have been forgotten.

Just who is this? 

"Who the heck are you? I’ve never seen you before in my life, imbecile!”

Had the stranger simply proclaimed his lack of interest, Kefka would think him nothing but a worthless opposer, but no, with the word reincarnation thrown in, clearly it’s a case of something else. 

His fingers twitch, nails glinting menacingly, a jingle of earrings sounding as he tips his head, “Nothing to say to me? Tough! You’d better start talking or I’ll tear the words from your throat!” 

"WHAT'D YOU SAY?!"

That sounded way too familiar. Something that violent coming from something this... weird. 

Who the hell was this?!

That urge to destroy came back. Human or not, that just seemed... reasonable. That difference between this guy and Sergei... And himself. That line just kept getting thinner and thinner.

"What's it to you!?" He bursts out, "Throwing insults out like that and expecting this...! What the hell are you?!" He clenches his hands together, in a mixture of rage and confusion. Which, led to more rage.
