I was suppose to take bubba to a pcit class today :(
I've had a fever since 1am as of this morning, really REALLY hoping it's not the flu, even nail beds hurt... I have been in bed all day, luckily dad stayed home but he's not much of help, I still have to get up 90% of the time to get the kids food or wipe butts 🙄 he has no idea how good he has it.

Took the kids fishing today, wish I got better pictures but I was to nervous to be on my phone with the kids around such deep water/current. They had a blast 💕 Funny/disgusting memory to hold on to. Lina must be teething, (she's had an on off fever for the past couple days now) well today when we took her to the river she kept telling us she had to pee, which she does Everytime she gets scared (she tells us she has to go potty so we will take her away from the situation she dislikes) well.. I kept asking and asking and I'd pick her up and she told me no. Well... All of a sudden I hear her crying and saying mommy help and I turn around and she pooped a little in her pants :( I took them off because she wasn't finish and let her finish she was so angry and upset because she is shy and doesn't like anyone to see her naked.. luckily we were the only ones there... But the fish got a real treat tonight 🤮 Dunked her off and used my hand to make sure everything was off 😳 and headed back home

Walking to the river
Last week was bubba's last dose of Ritalin. No negative side effects, but we went to the highest dose for his weight without seeing any change in implulsivity, or anger.
😪 I was kind of skeptical to start meds in the first place.. I was Not Pressured by the doctor, but she said it would be a good idea to start, but it's taken us so long and so many times we have had to change the dose which I was expecting but medical insurance has made this so much harder then it needs to be. I'm beyond annoyed. The process of finding the right meds has been a total pain thus far
We got a diagnosis.
I have been struggling with my son for about a year and a half now.
We finally got answers from a child psychiatrist a few months ago. It's not a solution, but it really helps to have a name to fit the problem.
Over the past year things have gotten considerably and horribly worse between the anger problems, the extreme implulsivity, him being so resentful and holding grudges.
I'm struggling .
His dad refuses to accept that his son has a problem and says "he will grow out of it" but our son doesn't act the same when me and his dad are together then when it's just me solo at the house caring for the kids so he doesn't get to see the demond that's released once daddy leaves for work.
I'm exhausted.
The good thing though, is that he understands after he's had one of his anger meltdowns is that he knows he hurt someone that he's upset and sorry for what he's done.
And we haven't had problems at preschool thus far. Except for a few times he didn't want to pick up toys..

We get ready to go to the park, I ask if any of the kids have to go, we walk there , finally get there and like 5 min after playing someone always has to poop. But not only did one need to go, but the second the first one finished we get back to playing and then another one has to 🤦🤦🤦🤦

Moving is exhausting
We finally got our own place. It's a bit of a fixer upper , but it's the BIGGEST step up from living with my in laws.. don't ask me how what was suppose to only be 5 months turned into almost 5 years.
Don't get me wrong, I mean their my in-laws and I love my babes side of the family, but .... Theirs a point where enough is enough and I think we were all getting on each other's nerves.. but that's over now.
We can finally start having our own family traditions!
