I haven’t posted to tumblr in ages, but here is tonight’s braised short ribs on risotto along with some sautéed mushrooms.

Been a while, but more homemade baguettes.

Easter rack of lamb.

Eggs scrambled with havarti cheese and bacon.

Damn delicious tri-tip roast beef. Done simply with salt, pepper, granulated garlic and thyme and roasted on the kamado grill with apple wood smoke. Reverse sear style.

Grilled lamb chops, grilled peppers, roasted cauliflower.

Damn good chicken wings done on the new Kamado grill.

Ribeye steak, mushrooms and baked potato. The steak is from Butcher Box. The quality of the meat is high but a ribeye should be twice as thick.

Corned beef, cabbage, potatoes, carrots- happy St. Patrick’s Day!
