“Yeah. And more weapons aren’t going to help. Weapons just worst the things. Star City is already a mess and with the government bringing more military things? Well this is going to get worst” Donna said and sigh. “Well I adopted an black cat so I’m not so alone” she said and giggle a bit. “Well but I like to be around people somedays. Borned with a lot of women around me so it’s a bit weird being quiet all the time for me”.

“We’ll all learn the hard way, I have seen this type of action before and it did not end well. And that is from someone who at many points has been considered a weapon herself” she admitted. “I never understood the need for caging animals, forcing them to be with a person. But I do have a soft spot for dogs” she nodded softly. “That is indeed understandable”

“Wow, how sensitive.” Fiamma didn’t think she’d been insensitive at all, but that was her personality. She gave little thought to what other people thought. It didn’t really matter for her. “Right, wrong, who cares? As long as I stand out. No one ever got anywhere from blending into the background.” She couldn’t help an outright laugh when the woman called herself a Captain. “Well, you’re not my captain, so I don’t have to show you anything.”

Carol had met many girls like this and they were extremely tiresome for the ex Captain, so instead she took a breath that came off as mild irritation “Let me guess, only child?” she wondered, tilting her head. “Then leave, there is no reason for you to be in my proximity, surely?”

“Wow. What a bunch of useless information I totally didn’t need.” Fiamma lightly blew on her nude colored nails. “Actually… yeah, I can come up with some use for you. I can’t think of anything more urgent than this.so I’m a little desperate.” She took a deep breath, then presented her nails with an exaggerated scowl. “See? Tacky.” Waving her hand, she shrugged and rolled her eyes. “As if you would know, anyway. So, what I want you to do, is to find the best - no, the most expensive - nail salon, so I can get this travesty fixed. ASAP.. Got it? Or do I have to speak slower.”

“Then walk away, I do not care for absurd and rude behaviour” the Captain said simply, eyeing the other and looking at her with discontent “No one is keeping you here and if anything being here just shows how fake you are....You’re the one that definitely stands out and not for the right reasons” she then gestured over her. “Captain’s don’t take orders, they give them. Speak to me with more respect”

“It can get me in trouble but, then again, I’m not one to really care.” Hal shrugged. “Well, that makes two of us. Green Lantern.” He smirked. “Danvers definitely sounded familiar… but to be honest, I’ve heard the name Captain Marvel, Mr. Marvel, Marvel Girl, and more thrown around way too much in my days.” He snorted.

“Not one with a regard for the rules then?” Carol wondered “Green Lantern, I feel that I’ve heard of you, or at least your cause- Space is rather....Talkative” she smirked “Well, I was the original Ms Marvel until I took over from Mar-vel” she then paused as she thought of him before blinking it away.

“It can get me in trouble but, then again, I’m not one to really care.” Hal shrugged. “Well, that makes two of us. “I get that, everyone is different with their own set of rules.” Michael says with a smile as he looks at Carol. “It is so good, is any pie truly awful? I don’t think there is one.”

“Exactly. When the things explode even more they’ll going to learn that they need us. The governament can’t do anything without us. These people need help. Real help” Donna said and sigh not wanting to any further in these stressful topic to her. “Why you say it? Little time or just want to be alone?”.

“What will happen is that the government will send in their armies and that will only make things worse” The woman sighed softly, having always hated how the army worked in ways even if she’d been a part of it. “Not too sure...Being alone is, it’s just easier.”

“I’m messing with you, Carol.” Hal said, almost too friendly for the fact they just met seconds ago. “An interest in flight gear? How much so?” His brow raised. Considering he was in the Air Force, maybe they had some mutuals or something. 

“Not always wise” Carol chuckled “I used to be am Air Force pilot myself, then I moved onto deep space travel and flight” she said simply “Captain Marvel” she gestured to herself “Unless I’ve found one person who doesn’t know who I am. That’d be a relief”

“YOU KNOW WHAT I THINK OF THAT? I say fuck the people that won’t listen. Sometimes you have to just do things, you know?” Michael says with a smile toward her. “I bet, I’ve always liked apple myself.”

“I must admit that at times I would agree. But mostly I am one for order.” she smiled to him, well at least she had been one for order. She’d been a Captain afterall and order had to come with the title. “Well, apple too is great of course, especially freshly baked. A real American hero”

“They’ll be the same ones begging for us to help them when a new threat is trying to invade the city, so.” Damian shrugs his shoulders. “I don’t think you’re meant to understand it, they’re irrational.”

“Well mostly of them aren’t waiting,they are already making their plans and execute them. But if you are talking about something big then I’ll have to agree. Things in this city happens so fast,I don’t that even something more bigger than these events are going to take too long” Donna said and shrug. She nodded. “Well Latin America have amazing small countries. But if you wanna remain with friends then maybe you’ll have to stay here a little longer since everyone is here”.

“Well, I’m waiting for them and they shall soon learn what it is like to be sorry again and more importantly to be brought to justice” The Captain said simply, of course sounding as serious as always and a little bit paranoid. “Maybe so, but maybe these days I’m not as in need of friends?”

“It was horrible seeing my house in that chaos. And yes,I don’t know if we can help,the governament aren’t our best allies,far from it” Donna said and sigh. It was a delicated topic to Donna.  “Have any country that you didn’t visit? You must be look for new places,including countries”.

“Well, time really will tell on it. But I can’t see this going on for long and I’ll be there to wrangle those villains that are waiting like dogs for the scraps of society to fall to them.” she shrugged softly, but she could see the others clear upset from the situation. “Well, I suppose I need to find a smaller country, somewhere quiet and peaceful. I only ever seem to end up in cities. But you’re right, I always am looking.”

“I mean, massive, world-altering bomb threat… yes, you might have been helpful, I’ll concede,” Loki said, rather too evenly to actually sound very even at all. “But of course, you didn’t precisely turn out for me when I was mucking about in New York, so I suppose you were clearing your head then, too.”

The Captain lowered her menu and glared at Loki, oh she’d heard about what he’d gotten up to “And yet, if I had been there, I feel you very much wouldn’t be here anymore” she said simply. “I was elsewhere, solving other problems in the Universe, you should know that it is a chaotic place. Though...If you want me to show you exactly how I would have dealt with you, then I can?” She offered.

“oh, i empathize. floating on your back in warm water is nearly as comforting as flying, if a situation demands you be conspicuous, but it’s never quite the same.” she’s careless in her gestures, as nearly all cosmic creatures are, twirling the menu in between her fingers as if it’s a baton, or a rose. “certainly. i needed to decide if i should have the stroganoff or the caprese, they both sound delightful. what say you?”
