i like spiked kombucha bc it’s such an active-afternoon drink and it’s somewhat good for digestion vs. like red wine or liquor 

it makes me increasingly depressed and selfhating to talk about art to anyone so i will take a sabbatical from it despite not being paid ever

feeling soooo frustrated in this zoom 3-person book club i think im being made to feel like a Female .

when i first learned the term “codependent” i was bewildered, since like how is any sort of family that’s ethnic or concerned with lineage supposed to not be codependent, hadn’t the cultures of my race been codependent long prior to racial signification, isn’t everyone basically codependent, but then i learned what “anxiety” was and Simone Weil and i also read a psychology article which said “every intimate relationship has aspects of codependency” so my qualms are abated for the time being

past 48 hrs have consisted of typing “mike leigh” into the same search bars every few hours idk just to check 

whenever an event displaces my energy i feel the urge to do something equally drastic in force (obvi nothing violent, sometimes it’s just creative or whatever) so i can return to equilibrium
