I’m stoned and thinking something mundane over in the shower and said out loud “and if that’s what it comes down to, that’s what it comes down to” time for Bed

I do genuinely believe that if we don’t nurture our happiness and indulge in pleasures often we won’t have energy or will to sort out our despair. Steadfastness and a big well of faith each require there is a future we look forward to or at least want to promise to the people we love, and it’s my belief we have to know goodness now to imagine it in the future.

I love when I remember to thank god first thing in the morning for each of my parents I’m so glad to have flesh and bone to use this spirit I love touching I love walking I love having a body
