I do genuinely believe that if we don’t nurture our happiness and indulge in pleasures often we won’t have energy or will to sort out our despair. Steadfastness and a big well of faith each require there is a future we look forward to or at least want to promise to the people we love, and it’s my belief we have to know goodness now to imagine it in the future.

Have been so happy lately I’ve been saying things like ‘gods timing is always right’ out loud in earnest

When I’m stoned and falling asleep I always have the thought “I love everything”

I love when I remember to thank god first thing in the morning for each of my parents I’m so glad to have flesh and bone to use this spirit I love touching I love walking I love having a body

also food grows from the ground

I know earth is heaven because you can kiss outside on a beautiful day
